Westchester Flower

Ordered some nice flowers, supposed to be packaged in a basket etc, paid extra and added a box of chocolates to be delivered too. They delivered totally incorrect flowers, not even nice ones, and no chocolates at all. Their phone number goes directly to voicemail and is ignored, and their "we care" support email is totally ignored as well. They would have been ok if they delivered what I ordered or even answered and corrected the issue in some way - but 100% no answer. Don't buy from here.

The service is amazing. She did same day service. I live out of town and it is difficult to find a trustworthy business. She guided me through the process. I was able to customize the bouquet by adding yellow or whatever color I want. The price was worth the quality and value. I will definitely be using them again for future Miami flower services. Can’t even express how grateful I am. I called with very short notice. They were able to make me a beautiful arrangement in no time and extremely reasonable. Our family has lost a family member at a young age and money has been a challenge. White flowers in front of the table. Highly recomend them for their extreme compassion.

In brief, the experience was ideal. I had had two bad experiences buying flowers online, with arrangements that didn't look like advertised and late deliveries.
