As an upper extremity amputee, Westcoast Brace and Limb were FANTASTIC! Their approach to me was professional, informative, and empathetic. Greg and his team did not disappoint. The fit of my prosthetic was perfect and the design they came up with tailored to me! I felt with Westcoast, I got my full potential and confidence back.
I can not thank them enough! It was worth the drive from Orlando.

Westcoast Brace and Limb went above and beyond to provide assistance to my family in our time of need. Our son needed AFO’s and was fitted by the amazing Tom Sallen; however Westcoast Brace and Limb was not going to be able to bill the insurance until after the New Year. If billed after the New Year we would have had to pay $1118 for his AFO’s due to the deductible which we couldnt afford. The admin Denise Barra went into action on this and was able to push the authorization and approval through. From there, the tech Ken Shields took lead on the fabrication to get it done ASAP. I’m happy to report that on December 31st Tom was able to deliver the AFO’s so that the insurance could be billed day of for our own special Christmas miracle. Because of this we did not owe anything. I burst into tears when he showed up because it was right in the middle of the holidays and he did not have to go out of his way to coordinate that effort. We are forever grateful to West Coast Brace and Limb!

I am a below knee double amputee since 1970. In 2002 I started going to Westcoast Brace & Limb in Tampa. Have had great success working with them. The staff are great and up to date with all the new and advanced technology. We have had great success working with them and have been driving from Delaware to get the best possible patient care

All I can say is WOW!
I had my final appointment at WCBL today and I’m actually going to miss going there.
I was extremely hesitant at first about putting my little one through helmet therapy, but honestly, it’s been a pleasure.
We had a little bit of a rocky start with lots of mom tears, but Jennifer was extremely patient and understanding and eventually my little guy got mad when I took his helmet off!
I didn’t think my little man could get any cuter, but he’s even more handsome with his perfectly shaped head!
I never once waited for more than 3 minutes in the office and they were extremely accommodating when scheduling my appointments.
I’m forever thankful to the lovely ladies of the Fletcher office for turning a dreaded, stressful situation into an easy, fun experience.

This team consistently creates an outstanding experience - They cultivate a relationship with each patient and you become part of the 'WCBL' family. It starts with the smiling faces at the front desk when Sharolee or Marie greet you and continues on with seeing your Prosthetist. Bridget is our Superwoman who got us vertical three years ago and keeps us moving and doing more. The team behind the scenes are just as critical and kudos the support staff and those amazing technicians in the back who mold, design, shape, and refine our sockets to keep us going. We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for our son’s helmet. At the beginning I was very nervous about the process but Jennifer explained everything so thoroughly and was so patient with us through it that I was quickly put at ease. She always answered any questions and concerns I had quickly, even on weekends. I can’t thank her enough and now my son’s head is just amazing! Thank you west coast brace and limb!

We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, she was charged with making new AFO's for my daughter. She was wonderful, she answered all our questions and was very attentive to my daughters needs/concerns. We picked the AFO's up a couple days ago, and much to my relief they were wonderful and my daughter was ecstatic! She began walking in the new braces and began to cry, for the first time in a few years she could finally walk without pain!

Westcoast Brace & Limb is the best medical office in Tampa Bay! There are the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. They treat their clients like it’s their own family. If I could give Westcoast Brace & Limb 100 stars I would but sadly I can only go up to 5 stars. My mother and I travel from Palm beach all the way up to Tampa because to us their one of the best medical office of their line of work. We’ve been going their for over 4 years because to us their worth it! This place will go to the most extend for the clients! Everybody should come here for their needs and I mean everybody! One last thing Brian is a very nice guy who really help my mom out a lot also Greg to.

My first initial exposure to Westcoast Brace and limp was through patients at Tampa General Hospital. It was until I approached them about a gentleman over in Nepal that helps coordinate parts of our mission trips to remote areas of the country. He’s was an above the knee amputee that was using a wooden peg with a wicker basket to hold it in place. I approached Greg Bauer and his team about fitting him with a proper performing and fitting prosthetic. Not only did they guild us through the detailed fitting process, but they donated their time and the prosthetic to help the unfortunate on the other side of the world. He now walks with out a limp and lets nothing slow him down. It’s is amazing how their expertise and generosity changes lives.

West Coast Brace & Limb (WCB&L) was so helpful in my son's helmet treatment. I went to the main office, and Jennifer oversaw my son's treatment. She was so friendly, caring, and helped me understand each step of the process. My son was able to complete his treatment in as little as 4 months. I highly recommend this company for infant helmet treatment. They were so wonderful, friendly, and I can't thank them enough.

Cost of foot boot is ridiculous. Amazon same boot costs $50 and they charged $382.00. Doctor office said it would cost a little more to get from doctors office as opposed to Amazon but no one could provide a price. If we were told it would cost $382, I would have definitely bought through Amazon. Since we were told it was a little more, we decided to go ahead and take the boot as it was needed. Then the bill came from Westcoast Brace and Limb - WOW! Westcoast Brace and Limb will not provide information on their cost as that information is private.which we can see why. Another note is that Aetna's negotiated rate with Westcoast is $181 which is still high compared to Amazon but Westcoast even doubled the insurance companies max payout for that item.

What an awesome facility! The staff here are really caring. The physician Julia took the time to answer all of our questions and ensure the brace was as comfortable as possible. We will be returning.

Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I would have a question about my son's helmet, she would answer immediately. Even on holidays. I could not ask for more. Grateful we met her.

I have been regularly going to Westcoast Brace and Limb for almost 7 months for my sons cranial helmet. Every single appt. I am greeted with such friendly and happy receptionists. I rarely wait to be seen it’s always within 5 minutes of my arrival. Which with a infant is always so appreciated. Jennifer Delach has been working with us since the start and she has made me feel so confident and given me so much knowledge. I look foward to each appt.with Jennifer to track and watch the progress, we have done this together and she has made me feel like we are a team to getting my sons condition to our goal. My experience with this company l will never forget and it touches my heart to know how much they have helped my son.
