Updating this to 1 star. I do not understand why the water is shut off for HOURS like every other week. Being able to shower and drink water is something you expect to have when moving into an apartment… I’ve lived here for 1.5 years, the pool has been closed for 85% of the time I’ve lived here. So don’t expect a pool if you move in. Water is shut off all the time with minimal pre-warning time. Outside walkway areas are dirty. Staff messed up some billing issues and was not apologetic, took days to resolve. The package system is always broken so you might not have access to your packages for days.

This place has the absolute lowest level office staff i have dealt with to date. They decided on their own will to cancel my contract without my consent. Didn't refund me. Didn't email me any notices for over 15 days. Claim to have called but no messages are on my phone. Today they call me with a rude demeanor and finally have the move in price. But apparently today is my move in day? Don't waste your time. They dont even show you where you're moving into until the day you move. Very sketchy.

They keep their website up to date which is great. They are the older and lower quality complex of the area, they add on at least $150 in fees that doesn’t include electric or water, so I would suggest to seek in a different location or compare to higher base rates that actually include most utilities.

I am a resident at West End apartments and I just wanted to say that Mario, the maintenance supervisor is amazing! Very helpful, did a wonderful job with my maintenance request! He tended to me quickly and was an absolute pleasure to speak to! Thank you Mario.

I am entering my 15 year lease at this property. This is the first time that we have an amazing team working at the office. Alex, the property manager, we congratulate her and welcome her back! We are very pleased with their work. With they great communication and respect with the residents, that is why she is the manager now. Excellent maintenance team. The team works with passion and it shows in their work, they are very skilled and knowledgeable. They have a great moral and they work as a team. When they do a service request, I like that two guys come together. We hope they are recognized for their amazing job.

Moved in about a couple weeks ago and im loving it so far, great people great area.little pricey but a no brainer with everything you get

Do not live at this place. They do not care. They give breaks to who they want to give it to. The best part about living here was leaving. Every year the rent increased when they did absolutely NO renovations. How can you increase rent when the rooms are so tiny you can hardly fit a queen size bed and have space? There are a lot of old appliances and countertops. I was paying $1065 when I first went there and it went up to $1500. What changed? Nothing! For a one bedroom that your vehicle is probably bigger than? The gate was always broken. Vacuum for the car wash never worked. Took your money. Valet came maybe once a week. You are not getting what you are paying for. Not worth it. At all.

Today at 12 Noon I phoned the office to advise I had a malfunctioning light switch. Alex took the call, got some basic information and advised she was writing a repair order. One hour later, Alex of Maintenance, same first name, different Alex, went to work. Within thirty minutes, lights are back on. Total time, hour and a half! Too bad this crew does not handle dental appointments.

Terrible place to live! Looks nice but after three months roaches took over and I was hearing rats in the vent. Maintenance is on point but management is a total miss. Pamela in particular is the absolute worst and very unprofessional. They will do anything to get you in and then make your life a complete hell. Would not recommend even in desperation to move here. Loud neighbors who throw parties in the parking lot. Swimming pool was unavailable most of the time I stayed there. OVERPRICED WITH SMALL ROOMS! It’s a no for me!

I am super happy with both the staff and how beautiful the community is. Everyone is extremely helpful, and the maintenance staff is quick with fixing any issues. The apartment itself has plenty of room for my whole family, including my pets. We all love it here and are happy to call it home.

This property is a gorgeous and the manager Alex was very friendly and helpful during the tour visit.

Do not sign the lease until you make sure you get what they offer, especially with the amount of fees they charge. I moved here looking forward of enjoying all amenities specially the pool since is summer. To find out exactly the day I moved in that the pool is out of service. The place it’s outdated. The doggy park is not kept once you go in there get ready to step in poop. The mailbox doesn’t close. The apartment is clean with stainless steel appliances but that is about it. Kitchen cabinets are standard and countertops are not granite. For the price that you pay in here you can find a better place and get what you pay including a pool to enjoy and relax during the summer in Florida.

I had a tour of the community, the outside interior isn’t as nice compared to other communities in the area that I have toured. The manager communicated with me, she was friendly and fast through email. When I got their for my tour Alex assisted me if not mistaken. She was really nice, kind and answered all of my questions. They are apart of fair housing but the units where not in my bracket in order for me to be approved. They run their 1/1 (which is quite small) compared to the apartments 5 mins away for 1,385, then you have to pay around $200 for pest control, a spectrum package, and something else which means you’ll be paying around 1500 plus, for a small 1/1. The unit I saw was beautiful I just didn’t like how cramped it seemed. I also saw better just up the street at Palen for 1048! Their 1/1 was bigger but didn’t come with washer in dryer in unit. All in all, even if I was in the bracket for this apartment personally 1500 even 1385 is to much and it’s not worth the price because of how small it seemed. For someone that is willing to pay this much and needs a place to stay, it’s not bad at all. I hope this review and the pictures below could help someone.
