5I've been going to Western Biike since I moved to Naples 7 years ago. They have always made me feel like they are an absolutely honest family owned business. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They've repaired my bike several times, often finding ways to fix something when they could have easily sold me a new part. With my bike over 20 years old and the handle bars stripped, I didn't consider any other store for my new bike. They helped me save money, they never tried to upsell or get me to buy things I didn't need. I've recommended them to neighbors and friends and no one has ever had anything but good things to say about them. It's refreshing to know a business can succeed by doing the right thing for their customers.
Great overall experience at Western Bike. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, selection was great, I was able to ride the bike before purchase, they cleaned it, lubricated it and helped me put it in the car. This was the best buying experience i've had since arriving in Naples.
I cannot praise Western Bike Shop enough. Heather was informative, considerate and very knowledgeable. They work with you with understanding and patience. We highly recommend this shop for all of your biking needs! Great prices and delivery for a reasonable price.
My wife and I have both bought Jamis bikes from Western Bike within the last 19 months. We've brought them in for the warranty checks during the 1st year and I've had a few flat tires along the way.
The staff has ALWAYS been just amazing and helpful.
And today I brought my bike in for a full tune-up, with the bike having a lot of miles on it since buying in Aug 2021. I can't tell you how amazed I was when I got it back.it's like new again. No exaggeration!

Unbelievable I live on MarcoIsland. A half a mile away from a bike shop. My friends referred me to Western bike. I went there today not to buy a bike but to look around. Low and behold, the choices were Soo many and the staff and owners were so available to help you with choices with no pressure. Ended up with a Jamis bike $759. Fit my needs and budget. Thank you Western bike for everything. It’s hard to find places where you get a great experience from beginning until the end. Thanks, Ray
