Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, Orlando FL

OMG, this is my family and I. Favorite place to vacation, we always get a two bedrooms. With the big jacuzzi tub with the jets. We always get a perfect view from our balconies. We get to see the fireworks go off by the Cinderella castle. We were on the 2nd floor the waterpark was also by our balconies. The staff is very sweet and kind. Some of the staff like Ms. Faith (front desk agent), Ms. Juvena (experience guest agent), Ms. Anel, Mr. Trey, Mr. Justin (reservation agents) were the best. It is a beautiful and amazing resort. Right by interstate 4 and there is a big huge ferris wheel by the interstate. Walmart, Dollar Tree and restaurants are like 10 minutes away. Universal Studios less than 15 minutes away. Great location and gift shops nearby.

Out flight got delayed so we stayed in one of thier suites and it was very nice, clean with a view a nice private patio leading out to the lake. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff
Only down side was we were way in the back and needed help getting our luggage to the main entrance; we called three times within an hour time span and they never arrived but our Uber was able to find his way.

The resort is nice. Problem is having to park my car away from my lodging location. My main problem as an owner is that when I request a week.it is not available or I get a $150 fee because it is a high request week. I don't remember the salesman ever saying there would be extra fees or I may not be able to get any week. So I paid $14000 cash for a timeshare that my family may or may not be able to use, PLUS pay maintenance and taxes on. Horrible mistake getting tied up in this timeshare mess. I'm guessing that my week is blocked so guest can stay there and try to sell them a unit also. Westgate you need to make sure owners have priorities on the units first. Either my unit is giving to guest or it has been oversold to the point that hardly any owners can get a unit when needed.

Do not stay in this hotel. Long waiting lines to check in, rooms very noisy, can’t sleep, they don’t give you the room you booked, do I need to go any further? They aren’t worth a one star.

Its good, I liked it. The extras that thought to be together weren't so you have to pay to get into water park, but the water is warm and the service is great.

The virtual line worked for the mummy but not for one of the mummy rides. This should be implemented for more rides. I remember when Disney did this like years ago and it helped.

Arguably one of the best hotels in the world. But that's just my opinion
From the indigenous animals to the different activities this hotel offers. It's the complete package.

This is the worst resort/timeshare place I gave ever stayed in. We stayed in the ground floor 1913A and got flooded. They send one person to confirm the flood and then that employee just walk away, no offer to clean or help us zero empathy. We had to dry the floors with the towels and this flood was the responsibility of three unit above us. In the morning when the ceiling started caving they wanted to apologize but it was too late.

You're a nice place having a good time with our son And daughter-in-law They invited us for the week With our grandchildren and we're having a good time so far We have a few days left and we're enjoying them In Westgate is very nice

Very Nice Resort And They Have A Water Park, Bowling, Golf And So Much More Right There On The Property.
Awesome Just Awesome!

The place is amazing. The only issue was that. In a ajoining condo. About 4am someone tried to come through ajoining room door. I had to yell at them 3 or more times for them to stop. Called front desk to have them send security asap. The lady at front desk did not respond. 30mins later called them back. She answers again and staes it was mistake. From your nieghbor. Never heard anything back.

The rooms were very spacious, view was amazing lots to do there. Very close to parks and attractions! They also had pack and play to use for our little one.

Went there for Thanksgiving with family. We had them cater our dinner. Brought it to the room and it was wonderful. So yummy. Staff are very accommodating and friendly and attentive.

Stayed there for a week. It was nice! We had a higher level unit and had a nice view of the lake on the balcony. The weather was great also. The balcony had fall nets that protected us. The inside was clean and alot of free amenities where provided. It was a nice setup. I will definitely be returning here in the future. Thank you!

Owner at Westgate - Villas are nice and spacious with kitchen and full fridge, dishwasher and washer dryer. Hot tub was very nice. King size bed is comfortable. Beautiful views of lake.
