Never again. They dont clean rooms not unless your staying for over 3 weeks. My service and rooms were dirty not cleaned, and called several times and still nobody came. I know its a resort but whoa. The floor has been dirty for 3 days now not touched once. I guess i just have to show how dirty my socks get

It’s a scam and they want to take tourists money as much as they can.

We were a party of 4 and the managers and customer service employees treated us disrespectfully and since we were foreigners they really didn’t care for what we had to say when we complained about an extra charge we received.

Don’t recommend it, an especially wouldn’t try to make any business with them. A total scam.

I love my living space. I had to wsit for my completed check in put it was so, so worth the wait.

Westgate encourages its sales reps to lie in their presentations. Do not believe a word they say.

Great place if the remote to the television worked.if the wifi was ok.not even good, but if it wassss ok.then maybe just maybe the jet streams would work after being in the sun all.but yeah "IF" all that was.once again ok.not even good.this would be great

Customer service had: "I really don't want to work attitudes", key card had to be reset every D@%m day, which meant a trip to the registration office for every guest. Rooms were dirty especially the shower floor had paint peeling some was never cleaned, spaghetti sauce on the side of the tub, the king size bed had a full size sheet. OMG this was the worst year ever. They had obviously workers pretending to be management. The sad part about this trip was we invited and paid for about 40 friends and family to stay here "NEVEREVER again". Hopefully, management reads this and get back to work, before your property goes to S@$# literally. Lastly, We made the best of a bad situation and life goes on

Sheets had a stain and had hairs and little black pieces on them. Tub looked dirty. Dead bug in the living room and a clipped toe or finger nail on the carpet in the bedroom. What looked like dried food on the outside of the fridge and cabinets. The floors and room was just barely cleaned.

Weak water pressure sucked, it was miserable. Everything was an extra fee, including the water park. They charge a $22 resort fee, a $50 security deposit, and a $150 non refundable pet fee.for a one night reservation. So my $110 reservation ended up being over $300. The room is not worth $300.

Jacuzzi tub wasn't working. Service took too long. Trash was not dumped from last guest. Iron did not work properly in which it ruined my white shirt. Check in took forever. Spent half day checking in

Resort is very big. Adult pool or swimming hours would be nice, however our stay was very pleasant. The lady at the universal desk in the check in area was spot on.
