Do NOT ALLOW your family member to live here. They will die. They forget to feed the residents if they do not go down to the dining room. They distribute the improper meds or the wrong amounts. The care is shoddy at best. My father was not bathed for 7 days. The building is old and has long hallways making getting around for the elderly quite difficult. They have volunteers who run the phones and never follow up with messages that are urgent. Medical care is off site and hard to access. 60 days from moving in my father was dead. This place is a hell hole and should be shut down. Don't do it.you will regret it.just don't. And one last thing. Lock everything up. Thieves work here and help themselves to your family members items. Don't trust Georgina either. She's a real piece!

My future father in law died on the watch of this absolutely horrible nightmare of a place. Very little care was given to him. Things were stolen from his apartment and were never found even though we were promised that they would be "looked for". Do not trust the administration of the facility. They are just in it for the money.they could care less about your family member. It is all a ruse. Not enough staff either to help with all of the elderly people. Most are not ambulathory. The staff that they do have are lackluster and insolent, and do as little as possible. Rethink this facility if you are attempting to put your loved one in here.it is a death trap!
