3I moved my mother there briefly for a couple of months. Then she needed more care than they had available, and we had to move her again. They kept her $1000 refundable deposit, and they also over charged us for 24 hr care that mom needed for a few days, which they admitted to, another $600 but they didn't refund that either. When you call them about it there is no one to even talk to, so I just gave up. They have a slick salesman, but that is where their communication ends. Very shady, beware!
Westminster is a good place for the real elderly to die. They lack in rehab. Don't have any on weekends. Elderly go backwards there. Short staffed is a big problem.
My friend received excellent services while in recovery & rehab after surgery. Staff was very attentive, respectful, and kind. Very clean facility. Daily entertainment programs. The community room is like a big, cozy living room. It was all decked out for the holidays, with a huge Christmas tree. My friend received a lovely gift on Christmas day. So thoughtful
Only prob: the parking is TOO small.
