This is a results driven practice, meaning they tailor your treatment to your specific needs and are serious about getting you results and relief. They have helped me tremendously, and with the highest confidence I recommend them.

I’m a snowbird from NH and came down with sciatica and back pain. Dr Spoonhour (Chiro.) and Dr Aboud (PT) have helped me to alleviate the pain. All the staff are courteous, professional and friendly. Also, it is a very clean center. Will visit again if needed when in the sunny state!

Weston Medical Health Center is the spot for all types of injuries and just overall well being. The Doctors and staff are amazing, friendly and very tentative to the needs of their patients. Me personally, I had severe lower back pain and soreness and have been getting routine adjustments since 2020 and i only trust Dr. Spoonhour and his staff with my issues.

I have had back pains most of my adult life. Much of this was from a back injury obtained in college from a gymnastics event.
Being young, recovering was quick but always knew that in time this may come to affect me in my later years in life.
For years, when sciatica got inflamed I had my ice and stretching exercises to alleviate the pain. In a matter of days, back to normal.
This has worked for years and would occur couple times a year.
Fast forward January 2023. Getting out of my truck, move too quickly and the pain occurred again but at an intensity that was twice or three times the norm.
After a week, went to my GP who prescribe pain medicines, gave me a steroid shot, and inflammation reducing meds. This helped but only to 40%. Still had shooting pains down my right leg that only allowed me to walk 300 to 500 steps a day. Previously, I’ve been doing 4 to 5000 steps a day.
Upon my first appointment with Dr Spoonhour, his staff did a full diagnosis of my condition which then proceeded to getting an x-ray preformed by the doctor himself to determine what the exact diagnosis of my condition and purpose treatment.
So far after 5 treatments, have had amazing improvements. As it took years of my life to get here, know that this not a quick fix.

The doctor and his team of trained professionals are spot on. They understand each patient’s needs, constantly checking on how we are doing through our treatments.
It is so refreshing to have a team of professionals that listen, respond and administer treatments that puts you back onto a life without pain.

Truly, I am blessed that I found this team and can’t say enough praises to them all.
It feels great to be on my way to recovery and living a pain free life!

I've been being treated here for almost a year. My family and I love this place. Gina is sweet. Front desk staff is very professional. Pete gives the best massages. Dr Spoonhour is great! Dr. Spoonhour is a people person. He's friendly, respectful and the best in the field. I don't like neck adjustments, but I trust his hands.

I came into the office thinking that PT was going to be a waste of my time. From all my knee dislocations, I was experiencing a great amount of pain and felt that I was going to most likely need to go the surgery route and that PT wasn’t going to solve my issue… but Johnny proved me wrong! I learned so much from working with him and looking back at where I started 15 visits ago to now is a pretty incredible amount of growth (consistency is KEY). I have no more pain, so much more strength, and I can confidently say that I truly believe PT saved me from getting surgery. As much as I love this office (and staff) I’m confident that due to all the hard work Jonny did with me, I will never have to go back and I NEVER need to worry about having another knee dislocation again! (as long as I keep up on my homework)

During my evluation Dr. Spoonhour confidently said "we will fix you up". And after going through some injections and physical therapy, the adjustments procedures are definitely working. Thank you Dr. Spoonhour and the entire Weston Health Cemter staff.

Outstanding experience! As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted by the wonderful staff. They are sweet and patient with you. Dr. Kuyn is highly knowledgable and personable. He ensures you are progressing and doing well throughout your recovery journey. Dr. Aboud is a highly trained physical therapist and knows his anatomy inside out. He is driven to get you back on your toes in the shortest realistic time. He is an absolute asset to Dr. Kuyn!

Oh and did I mention how clean and aromatic the office is? ! It’s like stepping into a spa…: D

I never been treated by a Chiropractor so when I first visited the WMHC I was somewhat apprehensive. However my trepidation was immediately put at rest when I entered their office and was immediately greeted by the front desk staff. I was amazed how quickly the staff received me with professionalism and such kindness. I wasn't just another warm body or someone that seemed to be bothering them. Instead they were friendly, greeted all of their patients with a warm smile. After a few more visit they even go so far as to remember your name and ask how you are. Veronica is super nice as well as Dr. Spoonhour's assistant. Both are very proficient, personable, and kind. The Doc himself is easy going, humorous, sympathetic and extremely knowledgeable. I am already feeling better and my neck and back pain has been diminished. This office and the staff are all a hidden treasure and I am thankful for being referred to Dr. Spoonhour Health Center. Without hesitation or reservation I recommend Dr. Spoonhour.

Dr. Abboud is as competent as they come, practicing what he preaches as an athlete and health guru himself. Not to mention great guy. He helped me stay injury free and healthy leading up to and lasting the duration of a strenuous cross country bike tour. Staff is also great.

Working with Johnny was instrumental in my return to baseball. The attention to detail with every movement made whether it was a strengthening or mobility exercise showed the dedication Johnny not only showed to myself but to the process as a whole. The WMHC staff are the greatest of people and I miss them dearly!

Dr. Spoonhour and his staff are amazing! Pain is gone, feeling healthier and stronger, and back to living. The office has a relaxed vibe and it’s a pleasure to visit.

Johnny worked with my three left hand fractures and right elbow surgery. He was patient and while yes it hurt, he really tried his best to make it as pain free as possible. He taught me strategies to help make my recovery smoother and more importantly, almost two years out he keeps in touch to ask if I need anything. As a cyclist, it was important to get back on the road. Thank you Johnny Aboud. Hope to never need you again but I'll know where to start if I ever do! And the staff is very nice too! ️

I had recently developed severe knee pain that kept me from participating in activities that I enjoyed. After spending a few weeks with Johnny, I learned so much about my body mechanics. He physically healed my knee pain and furthermore, educated me in regards to PT, correct form, and mobility exercises to continue to keep my knee pain at bay. Ultimately, ridding me of the pain completely and allowing me to return to running and cycling. I’m so appreciative of his work.
