Pedro Gonzalez is the guy you want! He has excellent customer service! My son and I flew down from GA to by a van. We were treated with respect, and Pedro even bought us a pizza and Coke for our 10hr drive home! He followed up and wanted to be sure we made it home safe, as well as checking to be sure we were completely satisfied! I highly recommend Weston Nissan and Pedro Gonzalez!

Pedro Gonzalez sold me my fantastic Nissan Pathfinder at this dealership. He made the experience so comfortable. He wasn't pushy like other salesmen I've worked with before. He's very relaxed, down to earth, and wants you to be happy with your purchase. They don't waste your time at Weston Nissan. They take care of you. I'll definitely be back if I need a car in the future and would recommend them to the people in my life.

Nissan Service Dept at Weston is very unprofessional to say the least, this review is based on more than one experience. Thankfully there are other Nissan dealers.

I was disrespected by a very rude front desk service rep so I let the entire service desk staff know that I was leaving and why. To this day I have not received an apology or even a phone call to ask why I didn't get my car serviced.

Tonight, I had an interesting experience at the Nissan dealership in Weston, FL. I spent the majority of the day at the dealership today, partaking in the usual song and dance which is the negotiations, with a sales representative. The sales representative and I had settled on a price that I was comfortable with, but once I was brought in to speak to with the Finance representative, the price that was presented to me was not the price that was initially agreed upon. There was an evident disconnect and misunderstanding between myself and the sales rep, but what struck me was the clear annoyance displayed by the Finance rep when I told him I wasn't going to accept the lease at the new, higher price.

The Finance rep went to go speak with the sales rep, then the manager, came to the office who after having a brief discussion was extremely rude and stated “we are past the negotiation part”. The Manager & Finance rep then called the Sales rep into the office to ensure that everyone was on the same page and the tension in the office was so thick, even my 16-year-old was whispering to me to not act too upset so the Manager and Finance rep wouldn’t get too mad at the Sales rep. Before the Sales rep came into the office, I had requested to cancel everything, not so much because of the price but moreso because of the deameanor both gentlemen presented before me, and at the end, the Manager said “, just cancel it” in a rude tone.

I think is important to note that it was late, probably around 8pm or so and we were all evidently tired by this point. As previously mentioned, I was at the dealer ship literally all day. I first arrived around 12pm, left at 4pm and was back by 6: 30pm and didn’t leave again until after 8pm. However, when you have staff, it's almost like a good marriage, you keep the issues behind doors. Me, and my son should not have seen or felt the tension between the Nissan staff.

I really wanted the vehicle but was taken aback by the price increase and did not even have time to process the new cost before I experienced the negative reaction by the Finance rep and the Manager. If the service provided by the Finance rep and the Manager had not been so reactive, AND. I had a moment to think and to re-calculate my budget, I do believe I could have made the price increase work. However, the attitude displayed at the potential closing was a complete turn-off.

I will say that in 2019 I had a great experience when it came to leasing the current vehicle that I have. I opted for the maintenance package so I always go to this dealership for my oil changes and the service staff has always been great. I've been to other Nissan dealerships before and the service is not comparable so I do believe this should be highlighted.

Just bought our daughter's car at Wesson Nissan without much haggeling. That's a first! Mylene Russell is an excellent Sales Associate who was there for us every time I called her. She was very knowledgable and courteous! Would highly recommend Mylene & Weston Nissan! We love the car!

Just bought a new car from Weston Nissan. The main reason was because of my salesman Conrad Bonet. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He took his time and explained everything to me which I really appreciated. I will definably recommend Conrad and Weston Nissan to friends and family. Thank you Conrad.

I was attended on arrival. Inside the office a clerk informed it would take 45 minutes to an hour to solve my problem. While it took a little bit more than that it was ok taking into account place was very crowded (it was Saturday). After all time passed fast, I even had a free donugt and was back in the road sooner than expected. Thumbs up Weston Nissan!
