Westshore Mazda reviews
19Had an excellent experience this morning securing my new lease. Chris Garcia was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
After 7 months we have yet to receive a warranty refund. We have made multiple attempts though email and we even visited the dealership to refile paperwork, not sure what the was necessary for. We are owed several thousand dollars and it now seems as though we are being avoided. We purchased a 2021 Raptor and spent nearly 5k on a warranty. The vehicle was sold after 6 thousand miles was put on the truck. We have been though two different finance advisors, one who no longer works there, we found that out today. Lam the other advisor just refuses to reply to email I guess. I am hopeful that someone will answer my emails and return my calls.
UPDATE: Clearwater Mazda made an awesome deal. I'm glad Westshore behaved as they did as I did even better with Clearwater Mazda. See the pics!
I had an unfortunate interaction w/Westshore. I found a used 2023 Mazda Miata that I was interested in. I received a "vehicle proposal" via email. It was a great resource, or so I thought.
Once I got to the dealership, I discovered an added charge that is "tied to the vin# of the vehicle". It was nearly $2,900. Also, I've purchased 6 Mazda cars over the previous years and NEVER saw this type of additional charge.
While the dealership did a nice job of giving me a return on my trade in, it was only AFTER I laughed at the $19,000 offer. It took quite a bit of time to get them to $25,000. That's a significant delta from where we started and where we ended. While I appreciated their final number, why didn't they come with that number first?
Ultimately, I didn't make the purchase. While they felt I was getting a great deal, I couldn't get beyond what it took to get to the final number and the fact that they didn't disclose that fee in their original communication with me. I would have avoided the entire purchase interaction had I known about that fee.
I strongly suggest that if you plan to trade in a vehicle at Westhore, you do your due diligence and come in with the trade in value. And, if you get a "vehicle proposal" via email, plan on it looking different when you get to the dealer and receive your actual sales agreement.
Side note: I met with no less than (4) people while I was there. Each of them trying to convince me of the "deal" I was getting. My experience with Westshore was exactly why most people are moving to online or private purchases. Working with some dealerships is worse than buying a house.
Do not do business with this dealership, they are the biggest liers you will ever deal with! Run from this dealership!
Me and my wife bought a Nissan Pathfinder and had a great experience. Our sales people Daniella and Harmony were very helpful knowledgeable and not pushy. They made the experience very easy and not stressful. They were both great! Thank you!
Worst experience with car dealers and the manager was even rude. The salesman texted “you can just pay more money” “you can just increase your budget” and was out of line several times. Sad that people can be so pretentious. Much better experience purchasing from Honda. Even the Clearwater Mazda had better service.
Started driving to Westshore Mazda this morning to purchase a Mazda 3 that my son had been working with the manager on. He explained to the manager he was coming in last night from out of town to purchase the car. They made arrangements to come in at 9 am this morning to complete the transaction. My son had a cashier check as that was what the manager arranged with him for purchase. On the way to the dealer this morning, the manager called and said the car sold last night at 8: 30pm. Would never purchase a car from this dealer as they do not honor their word.
Daniela was so helpful! My first time buying a car and she gave me so much useful information and was kind
I had a fantastic experience at Westshore Mazda! It was by far the friendliest and most professional dealership I have been to. I had been wanting to get a larger vehicle for our family and they suggested the cx90. It's perfect for our family! The staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I didn't feel pressured while I was there and everyone was very kind and knowledgeable.
I had a few issues with the initial buying experience with incorrect vehicles, etc.until Harmony H.got involved. She changed the entire experience for the better. She fixed the issues, and ended up getting me a great deal on a higher trim level. You have to ask for her if you go to this dealer. They are lucky to have her!
Roberto was so kind and helpful with assisting me with my options! Not only kind but patient with finding me what I was comfortable in getting for my wife! Thanks Roberto! And thank you westshore Mazda for your professionalism!
Exceptional Service from Zack at Westshore Mazda!
I have had the pleasure of working with Zack, my service advisor at Westshore Mazda, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his service. From the moment I walk in, Zack greets me with a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly puts me at ease.
Zack goes above and beyond to earn my business, consistently demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. His dedication to ensuring that I not only receive quality service but also get the best possible deal is truly commendable.
It's rare to find someone so genuine and attentive in the automotive service industry, and Zack at Westshore Mazda embodies these qualities effortlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone seeking an outstanding service experience. Five stars without a doubt!
Matt, my salesperson was a 5 out of 5, unfortunately, Lam the "finance person" lol, was a 0 out of 0. While we have purchased 3 cars from them, we will NOT be back. Lam took a stressful situation and made it much worse than it needed to be. Not to mention the fact that my husband passed away in the interim of getting the financing completed, and he was rude, disrespectful and downright nasty for no reason. Sorry, Morgan Automotive Group, we WILL NOT be back.
I worked with Omar and purchased the brand new Mazda. Couldn't be happier with this, an absolutely amazing experience. Very patient and professional. I shopped several mazda store s and this was the store I was most comfortable with.
Due to a reference from my daughter and son in law i decided to speak with an employee by the name of roberto. Let me just say this, they were not wrong! Quick and easy! I recomend not only westshore mazda for the great rebates but also highly recomend to speak to roberto! He will do more than expected to make your experience as comfortable and smooth as possible! Great guy. Thanks mazda and thanks roberto!
I was helped by a person by the name of roberto. Great energy and always with a great smile. Nice guy! Very well informed on how to correctly finance with the best options!
Smoothest transaction at a car dealership in my life. Omar Capellan was knowledgeable and answered all my questions by text and in person. Matt and David Leszczynski in management listened, and the negotiations were quick to reach a mutually satisfactory deal. I was amazed at how Ebrahim Beydoun, the Finance manager, was so efficient and professional that I literally went from arriving at the dealership to finishing the purchase in under 2 hours.
Highly recommend them all, but ask for Omar.
Service department is horrible customer service. 3 hrs, no communication. I then see my car sitting. I ask and find 3 guys talking in an office holding my keys. When I go 2 check out I ask for my alignment report which wasv1 of the 2 things I requested. It was not done. So now im back sitting down and they took car back.
This is after a previous visit to replace 2 rusted bolts in the axle.they ordered wrong parts and only could complete half the job. This is the second part of that visit. Total of 6hrs tied up for something that should have taken 2 at best.
Zero communication from staff on status and then no alignment done. Unbelievable. Now waiting for alignment.
Service manager disinterested is producing expedient service as he sits with mechanics in his office chatting and laughing. Very unprofessional.
They don’t pay good for your trade in, the worst dealer I ever seen, no flexibility at all, they just don’t care, the Kelly blue book shows my car value is $26,000 and they want to give me only 22k, they promised a good deal and I drove more than 100 miles for nothing, they promised to pay me the gas and at the end if I don’t make the deal and I don’t receive nothing. Remember, they are not flexible like other dealers. Trust me.
