Westshore Pizza, Trinity FL

First off seems a man working in the kitchen has a bad attitude. The bathroom is very dirty. The lady server was nice, though. Spaghetti I had, the sauce seemed like pizza sauce. Maybe the pizza would of been better idk. Sorry

Burnt the heck out of my pizza. Contacted the store and said that it was too bad since door dash delivered it. Never again!

We ordered Pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza and mozzarella cheese yesterday for our dinner.
The cheese pizza crust was burnt you can't even eat it because it taste like burnt my daughter saying this pizza is burned, then the mozzarella cheese sticks supposed to be 7 sticks instead we received 6. What is going on with you guys? You are ripping off your customers! I should have called last night to complain, but I was so upset I don't want say any bad things! I will never ever recommend this place again. Very very disappointed!

Great lunch specials. Pizza and Stromboli's are excellent. Nice lady and very friendly at the counter. Keep up the good work guys.

Food was good, didn't knock our socks off, but didn't make us sick either. Service was okay. Order was ready when I arrived. There was a customer ahead of me and it seemed the cashier was a bit overwhelmed with a second customer. Atmosphere for dine in is small. There were a few televisions, but they were turned off. Will visit again, but probably not regularly.

This is the only pizza that I can eat a bunch of and not have stomach acid at night. Love it.

We ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. We received 1 pizza and garlic bread that was so burned it was hardly recognizable. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered calzones from Brooklyn Calzones today and they were horrible! Overpriced and had nothing in them! Much better off to order from a pizzeria in town like Mama Mia’s

If I could give a 0 star review I would. My husband and I stopped here for dinner. When we opened our boxes, there was a roach on top of my husband Sandwich stuck in the cheese. This was the first time we had come to this location. I made them give us a full refund and we will never return. I will be calling Pasco County health department today. Disgusting!

I live 8 minutes from this place on a day with heavy traffic. 45 minute normal wait time became 95 minutes waited for a pizza that was all dough. 3 inches of crust with almost no cheese to be seen on the entire pizza. Sad & very disappointing. They replaced the pizza. I didn't want to wait almost 2 hours again so i just drove up there. What a shame. I'll probably never go back.

Tried to place an order a full hour before closing time. They said they already shut down the grill when I tried to order a steak sandwich, and said they were closing. When I questioned it, they said they were closing early because they weren't getting business. I canceled my order since they were closing, but I guess I can no longer trust the times they advertise.

Walked into this, so called, restaurant no one asked if we were eating in or taking out. We sat as we saw no one was speaking up. The table was sticky from where you can see a soda had been spilled and not cleaned. No one ever came over to the table. There were 3 persons upfront a man and 2 women none ever asked what we wanted to order, gave us a menu or said to order from the wall menu. NOTHING. Felt as if though their conversation was more of a priority then us, the customer. We were not attended to so we got up and left. Service was terrible never got to eat so can't review the food. Disappointed.

I went to order online and it took me to a app called chow and it said my order never went through so I had my son go in and ask them if they had a online order under our name and they said no so I gave my son cash to order a pizza and next morning I have a charge on my card from them and since last Sunday I have not been able to get ahold of them

UPDATE. We were contacted by a representative (owner? Not sure) And I am updating the review accordingly as I am a big believer in backing your product and your business. I appreciate the the effort to reach out and address the issues. The call was thorough, she asked detailed questions regarding what went wrong, how it went wrong, whom was involved, etc, as well as options as to how we would like it resolved. As I mentioned in original review this establishment has always delivered on expectations of quality product until the past 2 months. With that said. In addition to being contacted with sincere interest in resolving the complaint, (we were credited for the order) I am willing to give them another opportunity. I would like to see this go back to the 5 star places we frequent, as there are not many left. At this point. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 and I am hoping our next experience will have it back to 5 stars. The review process is all we have left as consumers. I appreciate the response and that you reached out and have reflected that.i will continue the integrity of my reviews by waiting till the next meal before further review at which point I will consider removing the original review as seen below, ORIGINAL: I cannot believe how bad this was. Instead I drove 5 miles, spent $50 and have no food to eat. Extra pissed you ruined the only thing my Dad asks for on Father's Day. I HAD LITERALLY 2 BITES OF THE EGGPLANT AND I HAVE such bad heartburn. The calzone is a giant sopping wet with grease soggy gross. This place used to be great.told so many people about this calzone.how phenomenal it WAS. The pizza, undercooked, also a sopping soggy hot mess. To the young man who took my cash tip YOUR WELCOME, did no one ever teach you to say thank you?
To the owner, this place had great food. Good quality ingredients, creative teist on the calzone. Today, all 3 things I ordered were anything but. I am also curious aa to why you only respond to the reviews in your favor?

The way they handle incorrect orders is disgusting. I explained my situation to the boy in the phone several times and when I repeat to him what we ordered versus what is on our ticket print out, a woman in the background proceeds to yell that that is not what was ordered. We had two requests and the boy stated that’s not what we asked for, when my ticket says it is what we asked for. So one order prints out two separate tickets? … Mistakes happen and clearly this is an example- improperly ringing in food, or perhaps not listening.the lack of accountability, horrific tasting food, and a lack of respect for an allergy they placed in my food when I asked them not to, is shameful. It’s a simple fix and they continued to place the blame on the customer. This place has no respect for customers requests. I shouldn’t have to elaborate to a random person on the phone that I have an allergy just to get them to pay attention to what they’re being told. Waste of $50 and 30 minutes of travel time.

I give up on this place. It’s convenient but never good. Got vegetables tossed into the center of an under cooked crust that just absorbed every drop of moisture. Disgusting, attempted to eat because it took forever and my break was over.

The Food Was Absolutely Delicious. The Portions Are Beyond Large, They Are Huge! The Stromboli Was atleat 20" And Weight A couple/few lbs. Same As The Baked Zitti, All Fresh Bread, Ingredients Every Perfect! ️️️️️

I should have posted a review sooner! My boyfriend and I ordered the Calzone deal, which we do every couple weeks. Let me tell you, this thing is a MASSIVE MONSTER! It's one of the most mouth-watering foods we've ever eaten, and this time we got the most gorgeous calzone! Yes, I mean absolutely gorgeous. If you haven't done so yet, PLACE THAT ORDER!
