They said they would be there in an hour and showed up in twenty minutes! Driver was professional and had me on my way in no time! Would definitely recommend and if needed use Westway again.

Great job towing my camper. Kinda tricky situation but the driver did a great job figuring things out.

Im not sure I can complain about this place. They were the ones called to pick up the car after our accident. After leaving the hospital 2 days late we came here to remove our things and release the car to the Insurance. The lady at the office was nice and found out for us which department had take. The report and gave us the report number so we could give it to the insurance. At the yard the gentleman working in there was also helpful taking our plate out and other things. It is a sucky scenario, but I was expecting way worst based on the reviews.

I did find out they do charge by day (we didn't pay anything since the insurance is taking the car). And you have to be in the registration to remove any items out of the car.

Nicole and Berto were beyond helpful getting the vehicles over to my shop and relocating non driveable vehicles at my bodyshop classic collision!

Shelia! One of a kind. The experience at this location was authentic and pure. I’ve never been to such a professional towing place. From outside staff ol’ yellow and inside they’re simply just there to help. Please make sure to keep these people smiling they it deserve. The prices and not bad I’ve been to more expensive places my vehicle sat for almost 8 Days and it was under $600 to get out. They will work with you if they can. Just be nice. I

This business is run by miserable people who don’t have anything better in their wsdted lives to abuse the kettle power they have holding somebody else belongings. Give them a lesson how to treat people boycotting this business and put them out of market!

Omg i never been more excited to leave a review. On Friday our Ram truck was in an accident…. Someone hit us…. We were not at fault…… our truck was towed and I was up set because I thought I was going to have to spend all this money and wait to get my money back from. We are the proud owner of TopGun Roofers and Services, we also had a lot of jobs open, my husband and my son was in the car…. Injured…. But I’m supper happy Jeff
Jeff came and saved the day……. Gave me full clarity on all the steps, making sure my self and my Husband knew we were towed by a professional towing company and he was always a phone call away.
My favorite thing about Jeff is that he took his time with me and he seen that I was upset and he came from a very helpful point of view. What can I do to help and not waited for me to answer, but started giving me suggestions and let me know what can he do at this present moment be of service. Especially in the roofing business our job is service, I have dealt with mini towing company, and they are rude and they’re just about the money. This is the first time I dealt with a towing company and was grateful that I was towed by this company. He walked us onto the property help us get all the things out the car he even went and got garbage bags and boxes to help organize our things if that’s not the top gun way I don’t know what is…… Jeff

The city of Miramar PD has done a disservice by calling this dishonest company to tow my car. I was displaced from my vehicle 7: 30 at night for a traffic stop which resulted in my car needing to be parked until citations are resolved. The driver FERNANDO arrived on scene and spoke to me and my family in a very dominating way. His first sentence without even greeting us was the price is the price and the previous person told us what that was. The initial (tow) driver was on scene all of 15 minutes — and had another vehicle on bed so he had to move on, which is why Fernando came- there was no straight conversation in fact, regarding the tow or where to take the vehicle. The traffic citation was not even written out so it was not determined IF I would be towed or NOT! I was still trying to find a resolve with MIRAMAR PD, To see if I could be escorted home which was 2 lights away. The driver representing westway towing ; Fernando was very authoritative and did his job with his own personal gain in mind. He keep insisting “the stop is based on time”, and he is taking it to the pound that’s it. Obviously the pound was further away from the location provided and would take more additional time, oh yea and more fees! Crooks. LOTS OF assuming going on and an dishonest employee trying to get over from the start. Anyway, the directive was provided to tow the car 1.6 miles away and this worker illegally impounded the car despite what was stated on scene by the officer or myself the OWNER and operator of the vehicle.

Got charged 245$ to bring car home within a 3 mile radius. Ridiculous! And thats with cash! Horrible. Very expensive for the service when it wasn’t even that far. Truly felt ripped off! Wouldn’t recommend at all. They take advantage.
The police had called for us and they charged more! Smh. & He said he didn’t even charge us per milage to get there! The drive was only 10 minutes! Super inconsiderate.
