Thank you Chad and Lesley for an amazing, but sadly short stay. I thought a short video would be more effective demonstrating how much my husband and I appreciated not only our condo, but the thoughtfulness, empathy, and kindness you showed us after we had to cut our visit short due to our family emergency! If you are looking for comfort, reasonable, beautiful water front accommodations with convenient check-in and checkout, across the beach, and lots of things to do, search no more. This condo is perfectly located to enjoy all the desires of a pleasant, peaceful, and active vacation. It’s all close by - such an oxymoron for a beach town. You have to watch the video of our condo because “a picture is worth more than a thousand words. ” Lesley and Chad are the best, serviceable, professional, and friendly. We will be back!

Great place to stay, rooms, location and service was great. We stayed at room 204 and it was clean nicely decorated. The guy in the office was very helpful with us.

Nice condos, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a heated pool that goes up to 8ft deep and the cool thing is that it overlooks the bay. Great spot to see the sunrise. Mostly families with kids, not a party environment. Parking also available.

Horrible property management! Made a promise for an accessible room and called the afternoon of checkin to say oops we don’t have an accessible room! Fraudulent behavior

Unit A-108 is the best unit in the complex. It's ground floor and unit on the water. Most of the units don't have outside access out the back overlooking the water like this unit does. Check it out on VRBO

My husband and I absolutely love it here. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath overlooking the Intercoastal waters is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has everything we need. The beach is right across the street so we have the best of both worlds. Leslie is the most amazing person you could ever meet who is there for whatever we need. We truly consider her a friend more than anything. Chad is great and very accommodating also. This is the best place ever. Thank you The Skougs

Very nicely furnished and decorated. Clean. Friendly staff. A couple issues but nothing major. They gave us a free upgrade at check in. Overall It was better than expected. I would recommend to friends.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are super friendly. Only had a couple minor issues and they were fixed immediately. The room was clean. Beds were super comfy. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly what we needed. Our kids loved being able to walk right out of our room to the pool.

We loved this hotel! Great value for the price. We spent here 3 days on vacation to celebrate my 60th birthday. I loved the room on the main floor with a patio by the pool. Clean and well maintained. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Good quality linens. Steps to the beach and a good grocery store. Well equipped for the beach - 2 chairs and an umbrella. It was very quiet too.

Spring break was great. A family trip. Wonderful coastal views and sightings of Dolphins, Manatees, and water birds! Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will return.

Arriving as a first time guest there, yet no stranger to (the T. I.) I was overwhelmed with the kindness, competence and friendly warm vibe Lesley and Diane exhibited.

The place was IMMACULATE! Beautiful, classy and beyond what we imagined. Every single thoughtful stocking, beach chairs a complete kitchen stainless steel with EVERY THING STOCKED! We felt like we were home.

Our back porch opened to the water and a private gorgeous pool mere feet away. 3 private docks for your boat rental or pier fishing. The bed was a huge king, plush down comforter and extra linens available in the walk in closet.

I’ve had the luxury of staying all over the world from hostels to the Ritz- Carlton and this place takes the cake from the young and beautiful funny manager Lesley to the dolphins swimming literally as I sipped my coffee from the back.

I am planning to return again with my 4 yro Autistic son who loves the room so much he refused to leave and even locked me out to which Diane another bubbly blonde came to my rescue in mere minutes.

Publix is a quick walk and they even delivered our groceries and beer in 20 minutes.

I plan to return every year- for life! I loved it here 10 STARS!

Very nicely decorated, clean rooms, up to date. They provide beach chairs in your room. Our room (Room 312) provided a full kitchen, master bedroom (queen bed) and small single full bathroom. We could hear a little road traffic, but very little after 9pm. Elevator is directly across from room, you can hear it beep three times when someone uses it, but didn’t hear it much. Two TV’s in room, plenary of channels. Nice, but small pool area, less than 12 chairs/recliners. There was a grill and some other areas to sit near intercostal waterway. Also a few small docks you can fish from. Cross the street to gain access to Treasure Island beach, very short walk.
All in all, a nice property to stay at.

Affordable! The condo was clean the beds were comfy. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the resort even has sand toys and chairs. Highly recommend!

Stayed in an Air Bnb here and it was really good. Location was perfect. Walk to beach and Publix, and even a heated pool. Laundry was nice and clean. I have nothing to complain or be not satisfied about.

Family and I stayed there for a vacation had fun the gal there is really nice we didn't know what to do and she told us all kinds of different ideas and we had a blast there's a grocery store about a half a block away and a drugstore about a block away and bars and restaurants listen to blocks you don't even need to rent a car there is a trolley not related to this place but for 15 bucks a day the route takes you to all the popular spots and you can get off on a any spot and they can pick you up in the next time around or next time around or the next time around or did I mention you get free beer to boot its top notch
