Whale Harbor Marina reviews
15Whale Harbor is still great, we went on a Holiday December 24. The food was fresh and the staff were friendly for the most part. They gave us a table with view to the ocean. Parking is free and very accessible. Snow crabs are not longer unlimited due to is being about 2 years off season but they do include at least 1/2 pounds per adult. We will be back but when there is unlimited crabs as we love how they give them to you warm and with the butter.
So many incredible tasting food selections. The seafood was so tasty. Loved the crab legs. The desserts were a little lack luster (seems the only dessert made with real milk is the tres leches).
This place has gone down in everything. We wanted seafood. The crab legs were bad. I mean not poorly season but past due. They even smelled bad. Could not understand how a chef would serve people it. I know we weren't the only ones that complained. Never again will we stop and have anything there.
Nice place to stop and eat, and walk along the water.take a look in the water and you will see nurse sharks
The server's were phenomenal! However, the foid was lacking severely! The only thing that tasted right WERE the crab legs. The presentation of the food was more important than the quality to the management of this restaurant. We could get crab legs somewhere else for this price!
It's an all you can eat establishment except for the snow crab legs in the king crab you got to pay by the pound
Food is okay, but it is all you can eat. I went on a Thursday, so it's probably better on the weekend. I like seafood and not many local fish options.
Went late, but still great, staff bent over backwards to take care of us. Food fantastic for price. Crab legs were actually bland, but so much more to choose from. Definitely my go-to in upper Keys! Love it. Price can't be beat.
Tavis is one of the best around. As well as most of the captain's in that marina are awsome fisher man and women! Too many name all!
Excellent place if you are a lover of fishing. We witness a shark attack right in front of us. I loved
Food is good. Service is excellent but watch for sticky tables. Some aren't very clean.
This was the worst jet ski rental I have ever experienced. We were floating at sea for 30 minutes and radioing for help and no one was answering. Once we finally came ashore, they scolded us for doing so on our own. The lady then didn’t let my daughter and her friend ride after we complained about the incident. Unprofessional service. Staff was condescending and rude. Do not recommend.
Magnificent place, view, food, attention, it is one of my favorite places in the Florida Keys
For the money we paid for this "SEAFOOD" buffet.the crab legs were over cooked and grey smelled like nasty dead fish. And they didn't tell us until we already had our first plate it was a 1 ticket for the crab legs. The food was cook d in Hispanic spices all the way around d the buffet.the best thing we had on the LITTLE buffet was the dessert. The waitress did not speak English and the waiter couldn't either.so when I asked for a refill of pink lemonade he brought me a cherry sprite. $40.00 for a small amount of seafood.and the rest of the food was over cooked and over spiced. If I could give this place a 0 star I would
Scott, Stacey, Emilio and the rest of the team were extremely thorough, friendly and helpful!
