Wonderful locally owned pet shop with a great selection of animals and supplies.

Great variety of products! Helpful Staff! They are very knowledgeable & excellent with birds.

They where a little rude. Unlike everyone else we enter acted with in the keys

Very rude ladies they have absolutely no respect when we walked in the baby cockatiels were screaming and when I ask why they were screaming she said “because they’re hungry” in a rude tone and continued to let them scream and she proceeded to yell at me from across the store embarrassing me infront of everyone telling me not to touch the bird like I understand it’s okay that I can’t touch them but if I didn’t know why couldn’t she have told me in a nicer way there was also this time this baby cockatoo climbed up my arm and she rudely told me to not carry him when he himself did it they also just give you dirty looks. I would never recommend, I don’t know how they haven’t gone out of business but they don’t deserve this job. I would rate it 0 if I could
