Restaurant Whataburger reviews
16Whataburger is consistantly good food, im always excited to try the new menu items, and the spicy ketchup is always delicious
This was the most disgusting Whataburger I've ever been to. Sat in the drive-thru for thirty minutes. Got to the window and sat there while they tried to find our order. They brought 2 cars their food that was behind us. We got cold food and still our order was wrong. We watched as the manager worked and 2 young men workers stood and talked. Also the same workers had gloves on and were drinking out of open cups. One had long hair with no hairnet. 2 no-nos when working with food.
Verry disappointed they didn’t put the dressing for the salad no ketchup for the fríes and I did ask them twice to make sure put it in the bag not coming back to this place spend about $ 27.00
Ordered salad, whataburger Jr meal and spicy chicken sandwich meal but didn't get the spicy chicken sandwich but a sweet and spicy bacon burger. Sad part is I don't like spicy bacon burger and fries were cold what a shame!
From out of state I had no idea what to order so I went with the double hamburger standard off the menu and it was absolutely delicious. Count on fresh products and huge size portions of meat on your burger at this gem of a restaurant in Florida.
I'm not sure what the issue is at 10: 15 at night there was only four of us in line it took 6 minutes for them to answer me to place my order after I had to say something again and then another 20 minutes to get through two cars to give me my food order which was just for myself. Get it together Whataburger you guys used to be so much faster!
I'm not a fan and this was my first time. I ordered the sweet bacon burger without the cheese and it came with mustard and I can't eat mustard so I had them make me another with no mustard. Big enough but the hamburger was dry and the bacon was overcooked and tuff. Their onion rings are good and soft and worth just getting an order of that. Fries were good too. To be fair so far in the Florida panhandle, all the restaurant overcook their seafood and all meat and it's all dry. I'm from the North where I am used to a juicy hamburger and moist tender seafood. Even the Chinese food is dry and has no flavor. Sorry Floridians, maybe I will have better luck in like Tampa or the East coast of Florida. Will say the staff was beyond polite and helpful and tried hard to please me at Whataburger.
Only thing I have to say that isn't exactly negative, but was strange to me, is that they don't put ketchup on their burgers.
However they did give me ketchup so no complaints here.
Food was great, no issues with our order. Line was long but it was the end of the work day and to be expected.
Would definitely choose here over McDonald's when I am in the area.
Had a very poor experience waiting over 30 minutes in drive through line. I should have left and don't know why I didn't. I never got my credit card back either and didn't realize until the next morning, but I was only traveling through town and couldn't go back to check if they still had it. They were having a lot of issues.
They were quick with our order and it was super busy. Something was wrong and there was an older lady at the window and she kept us calm and assured us it was fine we could still get what we wanted.
Great experience. Heard about this place for years but never got to visit one. Took a little while to get through the drive through but worth the wait. The food was as good as I've been told for years and the service was some of the best I've received at a fast food chain.
A good restaurant, expect lines to be long since this is a common stop after the beach. A good whataburger if you like there food.
You have staff inside to wait on people as well as a drive-thru but yet you don't have enough staff to clean a table you're not allowed to eat inside your restaurant you must be a communist from California
We are from Indiana and this was our first Whataburger experience. Great food and service at this location. Burgers were fantastic and not a greasy mess. The spicy ketchup is definitely worth trying. Thanks from the Hoosier state!
Horrible! I came from Tampa to visit family and this is my 1st and last time having it. Waited a long time for food, and when I received my food I couldn't eat it. The pico de gallo burger was so spicy it made me sick.
I'm torn on this one because the reasoning is covid staff shortages. The dining/inside ordering is closed. They seemed to try really hard to move customers thru the drive thru but seemed to have difficulties due to staff shortages or computer issues. The car in front of us was with us. Their order along with ours wasn't processed so we both had to reorder at the window, pull up and wait longer for our food. Once we got our food, it was correct and good.
