Worst place ever you go in the morning just to stand at the counter for 15 min and the employees just pass you up like you are not there. I will not ever step foot in this place. Get you act together losers.

Very very first time here.and being celiac I requested my Cobb salad with chicken to have gloves changed… because of the gluten that had been touched prior. Sky immediately started with an attitude in the back about my dietary request and this could be heard from the line to the waiting area.mind you we had a 113.00 order and this small request it felt as if was too much for her to deal with and made me feel bad for such a dietary request. There aren’t many options for eating out for celiac people who cannot eat gluten and I was excited to try Whataburger for the first time.sadly, while my food was good for service reasons. I will not be coming back.

Tyler Bush brought me to this place this time last time and he was wanting to make the order for me and didn't want me make it right don't know what her or asking them for my order he got extremely nervous when my card didn't go through automatically it's not nervous because it was so many people in line and then he ended up bringing me to a gas station on highway 90 called 76 or something I knew gas station and he left me there because I supposedly took too long and then Jacob and Bud had to come pick me up

Late night dinner? Here's a place we found to be be open after midnight. Be prepared to wait, long, long time. Food and service were worth the wait.
That was then. Now fast forwarding to July 20,2022.
Whataburger is not your primary for chicken strips. The breading is almost a 1/2 inch thick. I would have been much happier with nuggets or grilled chicken. Rates about a 2 star on that menu item.

Ordered Bisquit and Gravy which was double bad news with a doughy biscuit and heavily seasoned gravy. So far for biscuits the only place is Hardee's.

Every time I order from here it's kind of like a game if I'm going to get what I ordered or not. Half the time I do, half the time it's a complete surprise.

After I ordered my food it was ready within five minutes. The burger and fries was one of the best I've ever ate. The staff was also friendly.

Placed my order on the app. Waited over half an hour after the window time I was given for pickup only to get incorrect food that was cold. Waited another 30 minutes after my husband went in to get it remade for my food. I will more than likely not be returning to this location. Management did nothing to fix the issue other than complain from the grill line. Didn't speak to my husband or myself at all. The only positive I can mention from this experience is that the crew member who helped my husband was very polite and handled himself very well.

Ordered a kids meal at 9AM this morning, one of those toddler episodes where a cheeseburger was the only thing that would get us through the morning.

Every other restaurant in town on Uber Eats had a time limit on making burgers due to breakfast, Whataburger did not.

Food came perfect, and now I have a happily little gremlin.

Not what it used to be when they first opened, and when I worked there. Visited during breakfast and waited in Lane B drive thru as they took the orders of 2 cars in Lane A. I was never acknowledged.

We came for free Whataburger day Aug 8,2023. Wasn’t too bad of a wait and we got our food without waiting too long. My burger wasn’t too hot, but other than that all was great. Our granddaughter enjoyed her meal too, as you can see in the pics.

I miss whatacatch sandwich but staff is still friendly and eager to correct anything that goes amiss. I think the days of two lane drive thru are in the past so some patience is required

Drive through order was quickly made and staff was efficient and friendly.
New BLT was good but a little dry. Needs mayo on both pieces of toast.

We visit Whataburger just for the malts & milkshakes. My family loves the banana pudding shake.

What A Burger! If you are eating at McDonald's, BK, Jack in the Crack, you are just paying too much. Got the double whataburger meal with cheese

Our sever was very helpful and courteous. SOOOO happy that the jalapeño cheddar biscuit is back! Not sure why it ever left.
