Whataburger, Jacksonville FL

Looks like my post was taken down. Ate here two separate occasions and both times got sick. Talking a few hours on the toilet that. Employee's need to be shown the importance of washing their hands.

Half the people in these reviews seem to forget that the employees are literally human beings trying their best. The food is great, and it takes time to cook good food.
I know people who've tried to apply to work there but haven't been able to because of the website, so they may not have enough people working all of the time.
They are human, they make mistakes sometimes, but they always correct it plus they are always nice and apologetic about it.
Also, the onion rings are absolutely fire

Wow I must say the level of service here beats my expectations. Never have I experienced this in a fast food restaurant. Great Job to all

It's Whataburger! Fast food is no longer fast but Whataburger is the best of the low cost burger chains available on the East Coast.

Very poor customer service. Took us half hour to get our food. Customers after us were served before us.

8: 30am. Been in drive through for over 10 minutes. Still 5 cars from pickup/pay window. Go around lane is closed so we’re stuck sitting here.

Was doing deliveries for ubereats Saturday night. 3 orders back to back. 2 of them were very big at least 4 meals. Food preparation was fresh and fast. Front staff was also very friendly and helpful!

The slowest service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered burritos two of them to be exact which took over 20 minutes and there was one car ahead of me will never be back again such a letdown this place will fold.

Listen the food here is always on point and always fresh. HOWEVER.the wait is ridiculous, even when you place it in the app. I know a few people who need a job, how do they apply?

I just don’t understand! When did fast food turn into the slowest food!? I could have gone into a restaurant and sat down, ordered food and be eating by now. I’m losing faith in absolutely every fast food chain, with the exception of Chick-fil-A, Culver’s and Moes, it’s like nobody in these places moves with a sense of purpose, people come to these places to eat, not wait around forever.

These fast food chains really need to get it together, or people will ultimately just find an alternative option, maybe even choose to stick with cooking at home or starving.

Waited to place my order in line two for about 5 minutes before I realize they had forgotten about me. As another car pulled up and they took their order I had to say excuse me, and then another one had gotten their order placed in line one before I was even able to place mine, after that I realized that the line was a lot longer because of this. Where I should have been up two more cars, but because they forgot about me they lost my business and now I am forced to give them a bad review.

They are racist. I'm white. European.from Italy.and albania.and they. I PAYED THEM. THEY WERE TO LATE ON PROCESSING THE ORDER. I RUNED OUT. SO THEY NOW. OWE MONEY ME. GOODBYE. ADD-OFFS. NEVER FORVIVEN BE RO RO.and all the shift crews. It smelled like McDonald. With a lighter.logo.and the upside down logo.are you missing fries? Go on Loreto road. Adios.never mess with. Bye.

It's a smaller chain that has fresh toppings. Quality is better than the bigger chains burger and definitely worth the stop.

Missed our side of chili cheese fries and we had three items. Still hungry after breaking the bank to east here.
