Whataburger, Destin FL

It was good. Nothing to write home about, but the food was good and the service was fast and friendly.

I don't know why anyone eats that food. It's not good at all! I'd eat any other fast food burger before I has this again! Service was on point though. That's the 2nd star.

Absolutely horrid experience at this establishment. After a long night drinking at the bars, my friends and I just wanted a simple double cheeseburger from whataburger. We even got our Uber to go in the drive thru. Upon arrival at home, we realize that the whataburger staff only gave us 2 out of the 4 meals. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS! I have never been this sad in my life. It made me cry.

They gave us only half of our meal at the drive thru. We left missing 2 out of 4 burgers. I will never return to this location. Honestly their service and burger quality is below both burger king and wendys.

Rude service, took forever to get food. No straws, no utensils and burger was cold. Had to go back to get condiments.

First time at a Whataburger, the cashier was very pleasant but, my patty melt bread was soggy and all the sauce and onions were just on one corner of the sandwich. While we were there orders got messed up and customers were going through the bags before being delivered to the right people and that scared me in Covid times. I will say they have great French fries and they were hot and fresh and my burger was a bit on the cool side. We are going to go to a few more locations and try other items!

Much better than expected. First time ever anywhere I was able to buy a meal and replace the drink with a milk shake and not get charged extra for it. Awesome!

Staff was very polite n efficient w taking my orders. Restaurant was clean, but the bathrooms were not. Overall, great food at a great price.

My food was hot and my order was correct it just took a long time to get! Otherwise, everything was great!

Drive thru Staff so patient with us, we had three different orders in our car, they got everything right! Food was fresh and delicious.

My First time ever visiting Destin FL we kept seeing whatabuger restaurant so on our way back to NC we decied to give it a try ONE OF THE BEST DECISION WE MADE IN FL The Burger was so huge and it was a small I guess I should had order kids burger IT WAS DELICIOUS

It took nearly ten minutes for my food to come out. When I unwrapped my burger, the meat was warm, but the bun was cold in the middle. The employees were nice, but the food was disappointing.

Was ok for late dinner cheeseburger was messy and spice was everywhere but what can you expect from fast food

Our order was mistakenly missed but it’s understandable. We all make mistakes but it’s more about how we respond. Thanks Ms. Wendy at the Destin location for making it right! Still a Whataburger fan!

On my second visit to Whataburger if the burger was any softer I can drink it. The best burger ever WORD! I love Whataburger OMG!

I would give this Whataburger 4 stars but their service was very spotty for a while. Whoever the manager is now they are getting things rolling and I would put them at a 4 if they keep up th improved level of service!

Food was good but the customer service was great. The manager Justin was very attentive to all customers. The staff seemed well trained and polite to everyone. I don't visit fast food places to often and this was my first time at the restaurant. I really appreciate the great customer service. Unfortunately good customer service is hard to find today.

Best fast food in destin! Wow I was surprised big burger with allot of taste! Good for a quick bite to eat

Never have had very good experience, bathrooms are unexcusabley disgusting, filthy, unstocked, and broken.

Ms. Wendy is so sweet. She knows me and my dogs by name and always makes me feel like a fiend she's missed seeing and takes a moment to ask about my life.
