Wheelchair Transport Service, Clearwater FL

I was told today that my elderly mom and I would be picked up from her doctor's appointment in 30 to 45 minutes. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick us up. I had to call to ask where they were, no one called me to say that they would be so late. Not impressed.

I was very impressed with my first use of WTS. Service was on time and I felt very confident. Drivers were right on time and took care of the check in at the airport. Very professional.

They need to change their voice message when calling because they never answered their phone after holding for 15 minutes. They forgot a pickup and never contacted anyone. These people are virtually UNRELIABLE! I would never use them myself! Ever!

Update: It is almost two years after I suffered my injury and I still have excruciating sciatica pain as well as pretty much no ability to turn my neck, look up or down. This is while on months and months of treatment! Horrible company.

Filled out their paperwork to work for the company. Illegally sent all my worker information to some 3rd party company that they claimed was my payroll company. Ended up being an employee of the 3rd party company, so as when i got hurt working 14-16 hour shift routinely for these people they had no liability. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. They will work you to literal death and ruin your life. 2 herniated discs in my neck and back. Unable to work in any of the fields I am trained in for the rest of my life. I can not work in plumbing or medical again due to the severe damage to my spine.

Driver pulled out on front of me on park before 66th and almost caused a really bad accident. I work really hard to have a nice car and it was almost ruined due to a unprofessional driver. They also can't answer the phone when I call to complain. It was definitely this business too and it's all on my dash cam.

If I there is an option for less than 1 star I would choose that.
I kept calling about a patient that has been waiting for 2 hours at a doctor’s office and no one answered the call. If this is the way how you operate than I would report to Medicare for neglecting the care of your patients.
This is awful and not acceptable!

Our driver on recent trip was driving erratically, rolling through stop signs and running lights. When we reached our destination and called WTS who immediately gave us a new driver.

I recently used the services of wheelchair transport for my mother to be taking to Orlando from Riverview and I have to said that there services was excellent Kevin and Phillip are professional and caring. They have the best quality when it come to deal with sick patients. They assure me that my mom was in good hand and definitely it was just like that. Thank you Kevin and Phillip.

I scheduled pickup and transport of my mom between facilities. Driver arrived early and professional, all went smoothly.

Never picked up my father.keep saying 25-30mins never answer the phone left on hold for over 45 minutes

I always see the transport vans and the whole set up on how they treat customers it feels good to know they take care of our friends and families and persons as a whole. This is why i wish to join this team. Thank you and keep up the Good work at WTS

It was easy to set up pick up time, they understood the situation and need to be punctual and driver showed up on time.

Drivers need to stop driving under the speed limit in the left hand lane, especially on a highway. That’s how accidents are caused. Thanks.

This Company is chronically late by hours to pick up our patients. The dispatchers are full of excuses on why they can't make it. This causes our clinic to have to stay open late. Avoid this company at all costs.

My mom waited over an hour for this company to pick her up! They had a schedule appointment pick up time guess that did not really matter!

Terrible Service, 90 minutes late, 4 announcements on arrival and all not true. Call center and supervisor give multiple incorrect information. Spoiled a family reunion event terribly
