No one speaks english so how i’m supposed to ask questions.i couldn’t even ask nothing on the phone cuz no one knows english.

It was aligning my girlfriend's car during my break at work and when I left they did it wrong and I couldn't come back the same day and I had to come back a few days later and they told me that I had no guarantee that I had to pay the price again. Totally unpleasant manager I do not recommend that place and the tires they sell are expensive and malicious if something happens to the tires they will look for any excuse not to pay you even if the tires have a guarantee the worst thing in Hollywood

Very quick service. Offered a replacement used Toyo tire for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back!

Very bad service. I go for a steering alignment and the car comes out worse. And the best thing is that they say there are no guarantees. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Very slow and in the end they charge you much more than in other places, I do not recommend them

Always a pleasure. I've had to bring the work van here and my personal car and never have an issue. Great customer service. Prices are great. Not like other places that overcharge.

Good service and everything, good second-hand tires, but, when I paid with the debit card they added 4.5 more and that is not 7% ​​of 50! Hahaha anyway, God bless you!

A flat tire always has a way of making a bad day even worse.especially if it’s 2 flat tires.
What should have been a simple exchange turned into a 2 day ordeal and left me paying more out of pocket than I originally should have.
After calling several places to find a specific tire size for my car. Wheels and deals was my last resort. They informed that they not only had 2 tires for my car but 4. And at a deal for $200 with I couldn’t pass it up. The logistics on the other hand was a mission of its own.as my car was immobile. So I had a go friend pick up the tires while I waited helplessly with my car. When my friend 1st arrived at wheels and deals the staff informed him they did not have the exact tire size for my car even though that is what they told me on the phone. I needed 245/45s and what they gave my friend was 245/40s. All my tire people know the latter is smaller but will still fit my car. Fast forward a few hours. I have the tires in my possession. Once we start mounting them it becomes obvious 2 of the tires are complete trash. One having had a hole that need to be patched, and the other with a large bubble on the side just ready to pop.
At this point I’m livid and tired but the day is done. The tires are on and I can move my car. But I’m not paying for 2 trash tires. So yesterday I got to wheels and deals in person. I show them the tire I bought less than 24hours before and all I ask is that they replace the tire with the bubble. The story ends here for me, they changed the tire and charged me another $50
take my advice go somewhere else. Anywhere else. These guys took my money and had no shame. Having a flat tire can make you feel helpless, and these guys just want to kick you while you’re down.

I bought 4 tires from these guys, they lied on the phone saying they had the tire size I needed. When I got there they didn’t have them but rather a smaller size that they said would be no problem. It was a problem, the tires are visibly too small for my car. Two of the tires had holes all through them and I had to plug them, and one was bubbling on the sides which means it needed to be replaced before it blew out: I brought them back to the place and the guys refused to work with me on at least replacing just one of the 3 bad tires they sold me.also I told a friend about what happened and they said they did the same thing to him.sent him off with a tire that was slowly leaking air and they wouldn’t do anything for him either. So long story short is these guys pull tires from junk yards without inspecting them and will sell you tires that have holes or weak spots on them and tell you it’s not their fault after you drive away.

He was honest. I came in for alignment, but there was some technical difficulty with alignment machine.

He said he is. Calling tech support of the Hunter alignment and honestly informed me to come later or advised me another shop.

He did not pretend to do half way sloppy alignment and charge me full price.
He did not even take a tip for his troubles.

This is how I know he is honest.
