So called manager calls me and puts me on hold for several minutes and asks me about the same questions what i already answered when i put on the listing. The call said they have a better offer for me at first but then after all this questions manager just hangs up on me and never called me back afterwords. Useless. Carvana paying much more anyway dont waste any time here.

They gave me a fair price. It took a while to get o the same page with the pickup time, but all in all, it was a good experience. Thanks guys.

The operator I talked to was excellent to talk to took all information on the car gave a good offer. When drivers got here they go over the junk car like it is supposed to be brand new. Now mind you car runs just needed a tired they claim it was had a remanufactured calalitic conver so they took $100. Off the price. It's a junk car that runs. Don't know why they were so picky on that. Will not use again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment with their preferred pick up service and waited 5 hours and they never showed up.
Worst experience ever.

It was a breeze selling our Daughters car for her with this company. They showed up the Next day with a flatbed and a Check in her name. I love simplicity.

I was disappointed they would but even give $25 more and the tow truck guy to pay me asked if I would take $3 less. Broke single mom already suffered a big loss. I felt like it was a nominal request but is what it is. I will go back to the other company I worked with next time and just not rush the process
