Whiskey Business, Melbourne FL

Great spot! Was hidden to us, but so happy we stumbled upon Whiskey Business. Great drinks and even better service. Neil is a GREAT owner - opened a few minutes early for us and made our experience that much better. 10/10 recommend stopping by when you’re in Melbourne!

$40 for a double neat of knob creek 9 small batch is criminal when it’s very easy to find and is $35 for a bottle. Highway Robbery.

If you’re looking for a place to try out some different whiskeys, avoid this place. The prices for more well known brands are absolutely outrageous. One (two?) ounce pour cost me more than a quarter of the msrp of the bottle. I know secondary market bourbon prices are wild but that’s inexcusable.

Also the atmosphere is severely lacking. MMA fights on the TV and 90s bro rock blasting on the radio isn’t exactly the ambiance I was expecting.

Mixed drinks were pretty passable though, points there. If you want to listen to sevendust and pay way too much for Buffalo trace this so your spot.

Was treated with some great service. Yhe set up and atmosphere is actually "cozy" in a way, as in a very chill place for a drink. I'm going again for some good drinks and great attitudes

We came expecting a distillery, not a distillery but absolutely the best choice of bourbon/whiskey on the shelves that we have seen. The bar tender had great knowledge of whiskey and bourbons

I want to love this place, but the prices scared me off immediately. They have a great selection of whiskies, but they charge nearly half the price of the bottle for a 2 oz pour. It's just outrageous.

The drinks are a bit expensive. But then again the expression " you get what you pay for" applies here. The bar tenders are knowledgeable. They won't just make you a "drink" They will make you a It's a comfortable environment. Bathrooms are clean. Bar is clean. My only issue is that I get the munchies when I drink. There isn't anything there.

I was visiting from out of town with friends and we came in to your establishment, at first the bartenders were a little rude and drinks were not that good but then Theresa came over to help! We wanted to say we loved Theresa! She went above and beyond to make our experience great, drinks were perfect. I’m glad we stayed!

Love this place in Downtown Melbourne. Comfortable, airy bar with great service. Try it out.

This is a very inviting little hideaway down a side street in Old Town Melbourne. The bartenders are very friendly and the drinks are good. They have a menu of specialty whiskey cocktails, which inspired us to try something different. I like that they had some sofas arranged around a table for group seating, but this time we just sat at the bar. I will return.

Great atmosphere! Good selection of whiskey. The bartender with the sleeve was fan-freaking-tastic! I'll definitely be back to see her! Drinks were amazing!

What a great time last night at wiskey business. The live music was awesome and the vibe of the place was amazing. Bryan Mayer performed and put on a great show. 5 stars and can't wait to see Bryan back on the stage next time.

One of the most important things for me going into a new place is feeling welcome. My wife and I were greeted with big smile, and treated great the entire night. Now on to the whiskey, great selection. We had a good time, in a nice bar. Lots of seating, bar, tables, couches, very relaxing place.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a bar. Was called a “f*** b***” by the owner in front of other customers and my family and friends for complaining about the service we received.

Good atmosphere and drinks, however the past two times we have been there is has spelled like sewage. The first time was about six weeks ago, when the problem started while we were there and the staff said he had to do with the woman’s bathroom. We went in last night, and the same smell was there. So we left. Must fix this problem it smells disgusting.
