Did a drive by before renting.no thanks. Pool looks unusable, toilet in the below complex sitting on the porch, grounds not taken care of.
IMO, the property is not properly maintained, there are renters here that have been paying here for years and management doesn't really do anything, the pool is not circulating, and there are renters here that want to swim, plus, it needs to be fumigated cause pests roam the apartment buildings, so get this corrected before you lose the renters and this place will be condemned.
Do not Airb&b here. Awful. Just awful. Would have preferred a rat infested gutter. It'd have at least been quiet and allowed me any chance of sleep.
