Whispering Pines City Park reviews
14We just had a baseball tournament there for my grandson and I have been to a lot of baseball parks in my 60 years with my sons playing in different tournaments and now with my grandson playing and this is the best one I have been to. It is a Beautiful park. It reminds me of something you would see up in the country.
This is a great park. Hiking trails, splash park, playground, numerous picnic areas, pool, basketball-tennis-pickle ball courts, nice restrooms.
Great park that is pup friendly with lots of good stuff sniff! Large playground and a area for kids to play in the water. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms with picnic tables throughout. Several trails to walk, jog, and mountain bike.
It's a nice park. Good size kids area.
The splash pad is not very well maintained. As a CPO myself, I would be in a lot of problems if one of my pools and water had this chemical unbalance. For now, I recommend staying away from this area. Besides that, everything else was very enjoyable.
SMALL PARK FOR PEOPLE AND CAN HAVE VARIETY OF ATIVITIES, THERE IS A SMALL POOL FOR CHILDREN ALSO.
This park is a great place to have gatherings, it's shady and has a relaxing, breezy atmosphere.:) The water splash area is fun for the children. They love it.
My Grandkids had a blast A nice little park, they enjoyed the water for a quick cool off, and they threw a football around with their Mom GOODTIMES
I have not been to the park in years today I decided to go. I decide to walk the trails they are as beautiful as they were years ago. I enjoy my day there I plan on going back.
Thank you for a great day of baseball and refreshments.
Will enjoy going back again.
I had noticed what looked to be a parking area when driving by never stopped. After I started working out @ PF, that decided to check it out, happy girl.
Not only do I get my workout in @ PF but I can go directly across street walk the 2 1/2 or any of the remaining 3 City trails. This convenience of having a gym so close to an outdoor worthy environment is also a great mood booster.
The trails are easily navigable, the trail signs could be better marked for location purposes.
Some days I'll pass people, other times I only see a few vehicles within park or the tennis players. I've come across plenty of squirrels and recently a horned owl, I love nature.
This park is absolutely, positively amazing!
Trails, trails, Trails! So much to explore. Many old pavilions (some are brick) and restrooms throughout.
There is even a butterfly garden
There is a pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, racket ball, a playground, a splash pad, and of course Baseball fields! I can not wait to go back to this park, explore more, and take a lot of pictures! Oh yeah, there is a little library box. Take a book/Leave a book.
I would also like to add that I Recently started playing Pokemon Go and this place has so many "stops? " & Gyms.
What a lovely place, the people are nice. The trees are healthy. The trails are diverse and maintained. The mountain bike track is a great workout, great for beginners and even the pros. I come here multiple times a week. Thank you for keeping this park clean and lush with plants.
Never really been but maybe once or twice with some kids playing around in the water with those mushroom things are the water things and that was about it
Love this park! Great picnic areas, walking trails, ball fields, swimming pool, splash pad and more!
