My sister passed away due to covid @ 61, my daughter & I were horrified my brother in law Gary Hathaway didn't tell us of her passing or give us any of my mother's heirlooms, rather disturbing

Beautiful neighborhood out in a wilderness setting. The lawns were well manicured, and the streets were clean. Right now, house prices are high and there was not one available home for sale. If you want peace and quiet in a 55+ community this might be for you.

My in laws live in here & have been here for almost 30 years I think so if you like HOA's & you like interesting rules this is the place for you. Some of the residents that I have run into are very friendly.

The homes & landscaping are very nice. Nice yards and beautiful trees make it welcoming.

Great place to retire.
Well kept grounds and 2 swimming pools can't forget large club clubhouse.

Charles Bronson properties sold this to new owners who are more interested in filling every empty lot with a prebuilt manufactured home then taking care of the existing properties. I worked here for one week and things were run so badly I actually left the job. I heard through my customers who live here that the lot rent is sky high now

A beautiful place to live. Well maintained there are pools a golf course, tennis courts and some of the nicest people.

My dad has been here for about 1 year and the place is great. The streets are standard width. Nice community.
