2Terrible attention! I went to return a blouse that I bought a few days ago and the lady who received it began to smell the blouse. It was in perfect condition and with everything required for the return. There was another client right there paying. It was very embarrassing to go through that. I will never buy anything from that store again! Hire the right staff to serve customers!
After being a client since the store opened at Dadeland I will never come back. I had to go back and change my review of 5 stars to none. I have purchase every shirt and outfit there is for as long as I can remember. I was exchanging one jacket that I did not buy on sale. Returning in the same condition I bought it.
Obviously the size was wrong. They did not want to exchange as it is a $400 jacket.
The manager was super rude and not a reflection of what this store is or at least was. I will never again purchase at this store and perchance at WHBM again.
Buy on-line and stay away from this store. I am in shock
