7We used to LOVE camping here. Now the place has turned into a thieves den. We set up camp in site 3 with Brand new camping supplies, left for a while, came back and everything was gone! Someone stole all our camping gear. We called the cops and they tell us that they have had a huge problem with theft lately. So, lesson learned. Never leave your campsite for anything. Not even to go fishing on the lake.
A beautiful sandhills lake area with a boat launch, picnic area and camping too. An excellent place to bring the family and enjoy the crystal clear water and large oaks for shade on a sunny summer day.
Awsome little place to take kiddos to just need to keep up with the garbage and tall grass.snake haven
So peaceful and serene. If you need to unplug this it's definitely the spot to do it
Campsites next to busy boat ramp people coming and going through the night. Sites small and uneven. Fire pit and picnic tables at each site. No trouble, just felt uneasy and not wholly safe.
White Oak Landing is a boat launch/picnic area with lots of room. We arrived around 9am and we had tye entire lake to ourselves! It was a blast
