I was referred for neck pain and radiating arm numbness. Shavani Patel, my therapist, did a great job of clearing up my pain and numbness. I also was impressed that she explained what she was doing and why.

I am thrilled that my doctor referred me to White Sands! After almost a year of excruciating back pain, I worked with John for four weeks, 3 times a week, for two hours per session and am feeling so much better. Their technique of using streatching, exercise, decompression and aquatics physical therapy did wonders for my back. The time you put in is well worth it and they give you the tools to continue your therapy on your own when discharged.
