We needed to get a new hot water heater installed and they explained all my options and had me scheduled next day. Jesse was are technician and he was very professional and had no problem answering all my questions. Left the area he worked in cleaner than how he arrived. A+

We were provided with a very honest estimate and reasonable response time to have a new hot water heater installed. The company had an emergency with a retail store on the date of our installation which affected the schedule, but Larry came out and worked after hours that same day to make sure it got done. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the product. It was a great customer service experience.

We had two technicians from Whitehead plumbing, come out to fix a slow drain in our art Co-op. Larry was great, very professional, and really seem to understand what was the problem and went to find the root of the problem rather than only fixing what we had called for. He was polite and kept us updated during the repair. Great service!

If you ever have a problem with plumbing, I suggest you call Whitehead Plumbing and request Larry. This man is so nice and professional. Knows what needs to be done and does it. He's all smiles and is incredibly nice. He goes beyond to make his customer happy. All of our problems were fixed immediately. Whitehead, you are very lucky to have a young man like this working for you!

I've always had good luck with Whitehead Plumbing. However, my garbage disposal went out and when I called for an appointment they gave me one for the next day. Appointment was for between 8 AM to 12 PM. At noon no one had come and no one had called me. I would think some kind of notification could have been given.

They used their "smoke machine" to find the source of the foul odor in my guest bathroom. I thought it was coming from the sink but it was actually from a totally different location. I purchased a new self-cleaning toilet from them as well. They installed it quickly and professionally. I am so happy that the odor is finally gone and my new toilet works very well. Don't hesitate to call them. My technician was George G, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He got right to it and solved the problem quickly. They are not cheap but in my opinion they are worth every penny!

Good experience. Had 2 toilet placements and shutoff valve change. Plumber was nice and patient. There was and issue found after he left, but came back same day to fix. Would recommend.

Do not have these people do work unless you have a full estimate. Pricing is a joke and they do not complete the job they are paid for unless you sit there and watch them complete it. There plumbers will also try to short cut there work and have you complete it for them. Bad experience!

Service was prompt and completed their work in a timely manner. Owner was empathetic and I feel comfortable giving the company a four star. If something isn't right, he'll make it right. Thank you!

Found a item that I could not get at any other store, ie Home Depot, Lowes, Ace. Great prices also.
