First time visiting the store-Collin knocked it out of the park with his knowledge and customer service. I knew very little about tying flies. Collin offered his expert advice and helped me dial in my fly fishing equipment. This is a great place to shop no matter what level you are on! I now visit the store weekly and gain beneficial knowledge each time.

Very poor customer service. "What did you expect. You came in while we were eating lunch. " Could care less about my questions. Asked about a particular lure. They just told me to read the back of the box. Not a little shop feel. Guess its locals only. Rude as I left. Never recommend.

Would rate ten stars if possible, Collin was the nicest guy and really helped me out. Never again to big box stores, this is my favorite store for fishing supplies and I will never go anywhere else ever again.

I went in looking for a surf casting rod and reel. The young man who took care of me was very helpful and friendly. He sold me a rig, gave me a lot of useful information, and made a return customer out of me.

They have everything for fishing that you can think of I highly recommend this place! Awesome staff as well!

Awesome staff and great prices, my new go to tackle shop. Picked up a new rod and reel, and staff was very knowledgeable.

When i walked through the doors at whites tackle; i was instantly greeted by a friendly staff.they were super helpful but not at all pushy.the shop has that laid back kind of "vibe". I ended up purchasing a couple lures that tyler and cullen recommended to me to be able to catch pompano with.they also gave me some tips and tricks.i felt like i should of had to pay for the mini fishing "seminar" they gave me.they were truly an open book of fishing knowledge.
