Whitey's Fish Camp, Fleming Island FL

The service here is horrible even when there are barely any people. I have tried this place on two separate occasions and both times I’ve been treated poorly. Go here if you want to be treated like you are invisible.

Did not have what I wanted which was Cat fish. I took the Flounder instead. It was dry and bland. The turnip greens were good, but portion size was small. I had heard good things, but was disappointed.

Could of doe a better job on seating peop, people, I was alone of empty tables and still had to wait

1st and only disappointing experience at Whitey's in 30 years of going to Whitey's, I'm certain it's a fluke, the food was good, the wait was an hour to get a table (it was a Friday, so not so unreasonable).

Took a long time to get our drink order in, but the kitchen was so understaffed that our food took over an hour to come out, then the server argued about how long it had been since we ordered. But they didn't put in our order for 10 minutes, by our watch it was an hour and 15 from us ordering, they brought the ticket to the table to quibble about it to say it had only been an hour and 3.

It would have been better to have limited the available seating and turned us away at the door for quicker turnaround on tables and to support back of house staff. The manager on duty stood around and was not checking on tables.

Every other time I've eaten at the Fish Camp had been a memorable and pleasant experience, and I'm sure it will go back to that soon.

Horrible, I wont eat there again. Their greens looked like seaweed, and was 2 bites, full of water, rice n beans.was NO rice and was all water. The steak was ALL fat. I spent 100$ there in SHITY food. I've been a faithful customer for 10 plus years.

Amazing place. Food the whole family loved. Patrick went above and beyond. We felt at home here and can't wait to go back.

Great Attmostfear right on the waters front. Around the bar area and entrance areas smells old/ dusty flooring is in bad need of repair so watch your step. Service was great food was average.

Dinner is better than lunch, catfish is what you should order. Love this place and the live music is good. One of the only places you have boat access to.

What a wonderful way to spend the evening! Service was a little slow, but they were so busy! The shrimp poboy was excellent.

Nate the barback should be fired. Drinking on the job and starting fights with customers and putting hands on women who tried to get him to walk away is wrong. When you put on that shirt and carry the whiteys name on your back you should act accordingly. This man needs repercussions for his actions. Family and friends were very disappointed in how things were handled. We wont be coming back and will no longer recommend Whiteys

So awesome! Right on the water, food was super fresh and very good. Lively place to eat with lots of people and 2 love bands! We also got to see a baby gator in the river:)

We spend a very pleasant afternoon on the covered outside deck. It was a great meal with marvelously friendly service.

Food was good, service average and prices a little high for the amount of food. Overall good experience and will return.

My husband had gripper and it was very dry. When you pay thank kind of money for a meal it is unacceptable. I never had a problem there before but this made me wonder if I want to come back.

Cool little place. Walking distance form our new house. Nice vibe and friendly staff. Appetizers are a bit small and the shrimp can be a bit dry and too lightly flavored but ask for "Will" to dr up your broiled shrimp and you will love it!:)

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Awesome for lunch or dinner. I have been here numerous times and never had a bad experience. The food is delicious!

Can comment on the food since I am a vegatarian, yet all my patients love it. I can attest to it as being a very very cool restaurant with outdoor seating on the water, pool tables, dart board, 2 music stages, boat ramp and boat docking for those who boat to the restaurant.

Excellent food. Great service. Really nice atmosphere. Nice view overlooking the creek. Great beer specials. Clean environment. Great place!

If you go there for catfish you might want to get the all you can eat. Otherwise you get 3 nuggets that are mostly bread and might be 6-10oz IF you are lucky

We had a large party of people for a birthday. About 17 in all. Our waitress was able to not only handle our table but others as well. Food was hot and in a timely manner. Enjoyed our experience there a lot.
