6 Don is incredibly polite and professional. Ignore the review by TheMisserys. That person got rejected from being able to rent here for some reason. That likely means their background check turned up something very negative or they don't have adequate finances to rent here. How childish to throw a tantrum like that person did and hurt this complex by writing a poor review.
Many of the apartments have been remodeled and the building exteriors were redone and painted. Don was incredibly flexible and accommodating during the application and move in process. The apartments are affordable and well kept. The studios are better than most studios I've looked at. Pretty much every studio I checked out was literally one room with a small kitchenette and a small room for the toilet. The studios here have 3 closets (one is a linen closet), a full bathroom, and a full kitchen which includes a stove and oven. This is way better than all the studios I looked at.

Horrible and unprofessional
Don is a joke the one all you rave about
I apply get denied and get no reasoning as to why. I ask and I am told he meaning Don has no idea. I am told it's over move on. I ask to speak with the owners and told that won't happen. I ask can I have someone cosign with me. I am told no that can't happen. Once you apply and get denied that's it.
Don is useless and rude when you try to reach out for answers. Hey Don try doing your job and leave the attitude at home
Do yourself a favor avoid this place.

Great neighborhood and peaceful and quite. Office staff are awesome and helpful.
