Dang I didn't know they were that high first time going in there probably a little bit of the last time for awhile

This is just a PSA to treat your Amazon Flex drivers with more respect. Mainly when I shop here its a great experience, but as a driver I have been treated poorly multiple times. You need to provide more information on how to perform a pickup during early morning hours. This morning I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I was let into the store to pickup my delivery items. As well, when I was trying to get in, one representative was rude and was not being clear on where to go. I was lucky when I went to the side entrance and a nice, young lady asked me if I was a driver and let me in. And, as I was completing my pickup I noticed that one of my gloves had ripped, so I was going to change them out and catch a breath, but the same rude individual from earlier stated sternly 'Sir' and pointed towards the direction of where I came. Sorry if I was trying to take a couple seconds before leaving to catch my breath and change out a ripped glove after picking up 17 packages to deliver in an hour and 30 minutes of a two hour block. I understand, it was early and this individual may have been having a rough morning, but that does not mean you take it out on someone else. As well, the wait time that I had to endure almost made me not be able to complete my block on time, which could have affected my standing. All of this could have been mitigated by having better information provided to Flex drivers on how to perform early morning deliveries.

I am so happy there is a whole foods in Jacksonville for healthier choices. Whenever I travel I always try to go to a Whole Foods since every store is different with different choices. I have been coming to Jax Whole foods since it opened and I have seen lots of staff come and go but for the most part staff is helpful and friendly. I love buying organic produce, grass fed meats, and GF products. I’m so happy they sell bones to make bone broths and love the cheese selection. I come all the way from Atlantic Beach. I am excited for the Whole Foods to open up at Jax Beach but I’ll miss the staff I’ve known for years.

When you do something “innovative” Like putting a ton of black paper on a cheese pizza, you should start either with much less or ask people if they want paper on a pizza, i also understand that selling local produce its better for your business and apparently better to consume local but our local is Florida, its not organic its not grown its man made or should i say chemicals made

I liked it better before Amazon bought it, but still great place to get organic, gluten free, or whatever your diet is items.

Just amazing! Everything you need at healthy supermarket! Love this place I dont see my self going anywhere else anymore!

Wonderfully clean and friendly store. Good selection and they evidently now take Amazon returns.

Love, love, love this store. They carry special ingredients for my meal preps that cannot be found in other stores. It's a long drive for me but it's so worth the drive!

A lot of the produce is overpriced unless you're an Amazon Prime member. The young woman who was my cashier was unfriendly and needs to learn basic customer service skills. I wish they had self checkouts.

Found an absolutely amazing Bordeaux at.wait for it.the coffee counter! My husband was able to taste it before enjoying a glass and yes he also took a bottle home! Thank you for supporting great Bordeaux for yummy healthier life choices!

Many things to choose from, loads of healthy choices. It was hard to keep on budget. I loved it! Need lots more, but need new recipe s. They have just about everything you may need, and more to see. Spend an extra hour to dine at the deli. Try new stuff.

Your typical Whole Foods establishment great food at decent prices with amazing customer service phone as if you stop by the beer counter you can grab a drop here to enjoy while you shop be sure to price check as you can get great deals if you just take the time to look

Omgosh! Best bakery & deli! I've never really bought anything from the "middle part" of the store. I can say that their bakery & deli is excellent! The selection & quality of their food is awesome!

I also love Whole Foods. Yes, it’s a little pricey but some things you just can’t get anywhere else. And it’s fun. And the CHEESE!

The speedy checkout lane attendant had an awful attitude and was kind of rude, but everyone and everything else were great.
