Very good for buying ready-made food, which I don't understand because they don't sell Coca Cola and Pepsi and only their brand. Let's see if we get bigger with those brands!

If you eat at wholefoods, you should know that the vast majority of the cooked for has either canola oil or soy, or both. It is beyond me why wholefoods is putting these ingredients in their food when they should know how damaging these are to the human body, specifically the brain and endocrine system. Soy will decrease your testosterone over time.

I've been shopping at Whole Foods for 30 years. I went into the Boca Raton store tonight & it was a disgusting mess. Trash & dirty everywhere. Never saw anything like it. Shame on you Whole Foods.

This is my fourth attempt in trying to get a customer service issue resolved.
I'm typically not one to leave a negative review but I have stopped by customer service and have spoken to several managers over the course of 6 months about a particular individual who works self checkout by the name of Patricia/Priscilla.
• One of the very first incidents was when attempting to scan a 16 oz fresh squeezed orange juice. The self-serve bottles finally have barcodes on them. But the barcodes don't work. It reads "unknown code". Management is aware.
So I always select the 16 oz fresh orange juice in a plastic cup and straw that is pictured since there is no 16 oz fresh orange juice in the container with black lid. It rings up the same price.
My issue is I had already scanned the orange juice and put it in the Brown Bag, Patricia/Priscilla came over and loudly asked are you going to pay for that? To which I gave her a confused look and said yes I already have. Now I have customers looking at me. She physically removed the orange juice from my bag, went to go get her blue binder, pulled up the code, put it into the register and then walked away. With my OJ in hand. So I turn to her and ask can I have my orange juice. She glances up looks at me in the eyes smirks and then turns back to the customer she's now assisting. Customers are still looking and now my 5-year-old is getting impatient. I asked her again can I please have my orange juice? She looks again laughs and says oh sorry and finally returns it.
Again I call out to her are you going to remove the original orange juice that I had already scanned? She gives me a confused look comes back looks through everything on the screen and says, Oh, then removes it. Then walks away. With no apology. Now please put yourself in my shoes, I live in this neighborhood and shop at this particular store almost daily. Do you know how incredibly embarrassing it is to be pegged as a thief? Because ultimately that's what she was trying to convey. At least that's how I felt and I'm sure that is how the many customers that were there, took it to mean as well. I made a complaint to the manager. It has to be in records and video.
•Today again at self-checkout I had some juice, Coca-Cola's, Prosecco ect
My 5-year-old was with me on our daily grocery run. This time she prevents my son from ringing up the items. Says he cannot because hes a child and not of age. Now my kid thinks he's done something wrong. At this point I have had it. How dare some random hateful person say ANYTHING TO MY CHILD? ! HE IS FIVE. He can ring it all up!
It's a shame because besides that, Whole Foods is great. I once enjoyed shopping there.

Amazon tries, successfully, to keep Whole Foods loyal to its healthy options roots. It is the most on-the-cutting-edge supermarket in the US. However some staples are missing or the stable brands are more limited than in traditional supermarkets. So the bottom line is that you can happily get a lot of your grocery shopping done here, but sadly not all of it.

Very helpful staff that actually know the store and possess customer service skills. Location is very busy and shelves are half empty and it seems they can keep up. My last visit was around 12: 30 PM. Parking lot is always full. Good for business but not true to the customers.

One of the best and largest Whole Foods stores. Staff is really nice and they help you out with anything you need.

Fresh & good variety of fruit & produce at fair prices. Can find less expensive non organic items if you look carefully. Couple of good sale items as well.

Love whole foods. Always looking to eating healthier. Was disappointed they didn't have So Delicious unsweetened coconut yogurt. I use this for potatoes, salads and to mix into sauces for fish. Always running all over town to find!

Why is it that people in Whole Foods (both customers and staff) never look happy?
It's even more expensive than Publix!

I’m gonna say that the food court food bar needs some work the food. Most of the time looks disgusting. Nobody seems to care. If I drive a few miles north to the Whole Foods in Delray it’s much nicer. Get it together already.

This Whole Foods looks like the oldest Whole Foods. The carts are old and rusty and the toilets seriously need renovation.
The sitting down section lacks high chair for babies and toddlers.
