Whole Foods Market reviews
30Everything is so well placed and fresh. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the additional money as the selections are better and not typically available in big box markets.
My favorite Whole Foods! Bakery is great, bagels and spinach pies are better then in other Whole Foods stores I tried, pizza is also really good. The store is always clean and has everything we need.
Expensive. Whole foods market was a pleasure to shop in today. I picked up more than I went for, but I'm so glad they had these things that I like. Whole Foods is a treat instead of a treatment.
Best place to shop other than Fresh Market for quality food & customer service. I’ve been going there for years, since they opened their doors and have always been extremely satisfied
Despite being well known as “Whole PayCheck”, I have to admit that their quality and variety of items it’s impressive. And you get really good vibes from the staff always.
Always a solid experience. Picked up some cheeses and bread. Touch expensive but quality is there. Self checkout was quick
Hot bar is not as great as it used to be. Seems the staff cooks have lost interest. Pizza is the best in town, seriously.
I love Whole Foods, and this location in particular. This location is always clean, has everything and isn’t as busy as other Whole Foods in south Florida.
If you're just going for grocery items this place is great. This location is less busy than the University one, but the prepared food (hot bar) and bakery side of things is better at the University location.
The pizza in the food section was good but they were extremely poorly stocked compared to other stores, and claim to be environmental and economically friendly with stickers and ads everywhere when everyone knows they're owned by Amazon and that's far from the truth. Textbook definition of greenwashing.
I know it’s just a grocery store, but I always look forward to shopping there. The quality of the food, even the smells around is so healthy and authentic.
Always clean. Went looking for a bag of coal salts. They had it. Great go to place with awesome customer service. Plenty of cashiers so you do wait long in line.
I got a sandwich thinking it would be delicious and easy. The guy behind the counter didn’t even know how to make it and needless to say after 15 minutes of waiting for him to get each thing item by item I received a messy lackluster sandwich. The sandwich is soggy and falling apart. He was so grumpy i couldn’t even finish my sandwich. Left a terrible taste in my mouth.a bad employee can really ruin your business.
Wow, really different and thoughtful approach to fusion cooking. Loved the outdoor seating and the owner's description of the dishes as he came by our table, making sure every aspect of our dinner was to our satisfaction! I'll be back!
Great prices on organic fruits and organic vegetables (especially if you're an Amazon Prime member), great options for vegans and much parking.
I used to love this location until Amazon purchased. It’s changed in so many ways and they don’t seem to care. Customer Service is horrible and i should say non-existent and this is comparing to what it used to be. Employees cared and were always on the lookout to help now they run or look the other way and even ignore, but they also have an attitude. I recently purchased mustard which i realized when i got home that it was expired. I returned it the same day and told them. They said they were aware and had removed from the selves. Well, 2 weeks later and to my surprise i find only expired mustards on their shelves. Customers beware and check for dates.
They don’t keep items in stock, it’s amazing to go to this location and always see out of stock signs, the sad part is that they don’t replenish immediately, it takes them a while.
It isn’t a health store the way it used to be, now one can find every day products from a regular supermarket at Whole Foods. Are they trying to convert into a regular chain. Sad bc that wasn’t the concept behind the original owner.
Even the pizza isn’t made the same way it used to. They have changed the ingredients and it’s as if they use cheaper ingredients in order to save money and one doesn’t get the same taste. Not to mention they now burn the pizza and if one orders to go, one has to pay for it. Before they would make another one for one and one didn’t have to take the burnt one.
Food isn’t the healthy options not to mention variety.
Bakery is sad bc they seem not to have the baker on site and have people working there who are clueless about baked goods.
Overall, i wish i could give this place a 0 bc there isn’t anything positive to say about them anymore.
It used to be a pleasure to go to and it’s become the worst experience ever and dreadful. It’s sad bc they won’t change simply bc they don’t care and don’t understand the business.
Great food and amazing vegan selection. I'm trying to eat healthier and even though it's pricey, I love Whole Foods. And customer service is always great. For ex: My blood sugar was a little low and I was in dire need of a small snack! I asked Sabrina about the Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie. In her amazing professionalism, she said they're fantastic! But to get a soft one. I did just that! And ate the best cookie that I've ever had in my life. It has changed me completely. She saved my life.
From, a grateful Whole Foods Customer
They have everything and anything including clothing, scrumptious food bar, cleaning products, supplements childrens' books and orchids.
Not the quality you expect from Whole Foods. The fish department is disappointing. Maybe not a good market in Pembroke Pines. Each store buys individually.
Has all the stuff you need, now with Amazon prime membership saving that extra 10% on lots of items in store comes in handy.
