Nice, large room for the Honor Flight veterans occasion. Very accommodating.

I did the Chair Yoga with Shelly, it's more challenging than it sounds. I so needed this class, helped to loosen up my joints, destress and rebalance and breathe ahhhhh. Love it. Good for anyone and everyone.
