I love this store. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always ready to offer advice when wanted. The staff of this store are also extremely helpful, friendly, and patient with a learning bird watcher. So thankful to have to access to this store!

As someone relatively new to birding, it was a little daunting trying to decide what kinds of feeders to get, how many, and what kind of feed to use. The woman who helped me at WBU was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and was willing to answer my many questions. I particularly like that they have a line of feeders made from recycled / sustainable materials. Some of the feeders are higher priced than what you might see at big box retailers, but immensely better quality, and again, sustainably sourced. I highly recommend this place for your backyard birding needs.
What an amazing place this is. I wasn't able to stay too long but I will be back to visit again soon. I did purchase two of the wooden nesting boxes that were made by Pine Castle employees. They r simply beautiful.
