We brought a rescued muscovy duck to them a week ago. We have asked for A WEEK if it made it or not. We have had no response. How much time does it take to say yes or no? That's all we want, a yes oi r no! We've never had this problem with them before and don't understand their totally ignoring our simple request. I was going to put them on a recurring donation slot but am seriously rethinking this.

INCREDIBLE people, doing INCREDIBLE things for our fellow Earthlings! We always spread the word about you guys whenever we bring an abandoned baby/injured animal we find so others know to do the same. God bless you ALL!

An amazing person from the Venice wildlife center came out and worked at rescuing a Sandhills crane that had a wound in his chest. He went into the picker brush and she went in after him, kudos girl you sure were a mess when you came out but you persisted. Such dedication.

I called on a weekend during the Covid pandemic shutdown. I live in a different area of Florida, but they still helped me. They had me send photos of an injured turtle and were able to further advise me. Everything turned out really well, and I'm happy to report that the turtle's doing well and remains wild! <3 Thanks SO much to the Wildlife Center of Venice for accommodating me even though I'm in another part of the state. It meant a lot that you soothed my fears and helped me keep the turtle safe.

I took an injured baby bird to them. They came out to get him and then returned to explain that he needed some rehab and would be placed in a spot with some doves so he wouldn't be alone until he could be released. This is my first experience with them and I highly recommend them

Very caring and quick to respond. We saw an opossum that had been hit, but still alive struggling on the side of the road. The Wildlife Center was there shortly after we called them and was so gentle and compassionate.

The wildlife center of Venice helps all of the sick injured and orphaned wildlife in Sarasota, North Charlotte and South manatee County. They rescue rehabilitate and release it is a non kill animal hospital. It is not open to the public it is only to rehabilitate so our Wildlife can be released back where they belong in nature.

We have worked with the Wildlife center of Venice to rescue many animals over the years including eagles, Hawks, water birds, tortoises, and most recently we brought in baby bunnies.

Oftentimes the animals are injured and unable to care for themselves and the wildlife center of Venice takes great care of them and helps to rehab these injured animals. On the recent bunny rescue we made sure to donate a little money to them which will hopefully help them care for the animals.if you get a chance you should also donate your time and any money you can to help the good work that they are doing!

Very caring and wonderful people who whole-heartily dedicate their time to help and heal our wounded wildlife. They have many critters in need, If you have some extra time go by to lend a hand.drop off supplies like extra towels, bowls. I volunteer my time there and go home feeling a bit sweaty but feeling great knowing my time spent there made a difference.

Very caring staff doing great things for our injured wildlife. I had two injured baby bunnies and took them here and as soon as I arrived they checked them out and started trying to save them.

This place is wonderful. We had a red shouldered hawk baby fall out of the nest. We had them care for him and then they came out in climbed a 100' tree to put it back in the nest with its mom and dad when it healed. These people are amazing.

Thank you for coming to rescue the sweet evening bat that was under the weather. I’m thrilled to know the bat is eating and gaining strength. Thanks for all that you do!

A baby rabbit was injured near our home in south Venice. After hours this org answered the phone, and immediately took care of the animal. Very nice people.
