Office staff friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Dr. R. Took the time to explain what the test was, what results were, how we were going to address it, and had a follow-up appt scheduled before i left. I was treated like a human and not a number. This hasn’t happened in a long time and I am extremely grateful and will always be a patient to Dr. R and the ENT clinic.

My mom has only been a patient here for a few months, and we have only needed two appointments- one that happened, and one they canceled. That appointment has now been canceled twice by Dr. Reschly. My mom has surgery scheduled for the end of the month, and the preop appointment is the one they have canceled twice. When we attempted to reschedule in the Countryside office, they couldn’t see us in Countryside prior to surgery- only in Port Richey- a 45 minute drive each way. No telehealth either, even though this appointment isn’t expected to include a physical examination from my understanding - it’s just the surgeon/patient meeting to discuss the operation. My mom is already anxious about needing surgery, and this makes it seem like the office doesn’t care about its patients. I understand that the doctor is probably a very important man, but my mama is extremely important, too (just ask her daughter). I hope we have a much better experience moving forward than we have so far. If this continues, we will be forced to change doctors. Very disappointing.

He involved me with a plan of care. I’m a retired APRN whose son is an ER physician so I appreciated his caring approach to my concerns.

The staff are all very nice i did not wate long to see the doctor and the doctor and his staff were awesome

Must have been running late, very much in a hurry, seemed annoyed I was there for what he felt was a minor issue. I was cut off multiple times, and do not feel like he was worth the 60 minute wait. He spent about 10 minutes with me. Will not be back, do not recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Reschly by my Oncologist. I am extremely happy with that referral. Dr. Reschly took amazing care of me and performed my surgery which was very successful. I am so grateful that he was my surgeon. I am healing very well and quickly. I will definitely recommend Dr. Reschly and let everyone know what an amazing doctor he is.

This doctor seen an issue with my moms tonsils on an initial visit.did he schedule another appointment to fix it? NOPE He told the nurse get him this and that and tonsil stone was removed right their and then. Excellent doctor.my mother was elated with his kind confident.get it fixed attitude. I agree with her.
