I would give ZERO stars if I were able. We spoke to the owner all day. Waited until he was available after 4pm, drove for an hour. We were about 5 minutes from his place of business when he called and said the vehicle was not there, but at his mechanics home and the keys were unavailable.
This was very disappointing as we were truly hoping to make a cash sale deal on the spot.
Knew the truck was an "As Is" sale, but was told other than needing tires, the truck was in great condition, and would have no problem driving 750 miles back to TN. Paid for new tires, flew down to pick up the truck, and within two miles transmission light came on and tow button fell off, leaving the truck in tow mode. Within 10 miles, transmission was clunking. Spent the night, returned to dealer who said "It was an "As Is" sale, and I got a good price on the truck. " Took truck to transmission shop, transfer case full of water and was rusted beyond rebuild. Oil pan was RTV'd and leaking profusely. Basically was told by the dealer, "Oh Well! "
