I had 6 Passengers going to Ft Myers Airport and suddenly, my tire pressure sensor goes off. I got out and heard air leaking so I drove right to Williams. They had me fixed and out of there in 20 minutes. Kudos

With a mechanical background, I have always been pretty skeptical when taking my Chevy truck places, I’ve taken my truck to some bobo shops… I have to say that this place is the first place in years that I feel confident in their mechanical skills, they know what they are doing. Nate worked on my truck and did a great job! He was also able to fix an electrical issue that was caused by another shop’s negligence! I’m very grateful to have found these guys. One thing though, they are very busy so schedule a head of time. Thank you guys.

He went to bat for me with Technet, the warranty/protection plan after I received below-par service from CarFix in Knoxville, Tn. The $620.30 in repairs was covered, thanks to Dale.
I was visiting my mom on Pine Island, and Williams Family Auto will now by the place to bring all our Fla.vehicles.

Went in today for some dead tail light bulbs. Spoke with Dale and Nate. Both awesome and very helpful. They took my vehicle, had a diagnosis and a fix in about 15 minutes. Seamless operation. They dont try to hustle any. I asked for a 30k mile service rundown and they let me know truck looks fine- just need an oil change. I wont be taking the truck anywhere else.

Took my vehicle to this business for overheating issue.
Was told by the service writer & the mechanic a chemical test was ran and the motor heads would have to be replaced at a cost of $4500.
After bringing the vehicle to a machine shop that dealt specifically with engines I was told they also did a chemical test and it was a simple Fluid issue and the cooling system and the heads did not need to be replaced.
I had taken my vehicles to the establishment for minor service work and never had a problem. Upon questioning their diagnosis they stood behind what they said and were shocked when I told them that their prices were way out of line. I would never recommend this shop for anything,
Not even an oil change.

Visiting the area from MN and our A/C went out! Williams Family Auto took care of me fast and their service was very reasonably priced! Great local shop!

Very nice staff.took extra time to mount my tire and put spare neatly back in proper section of car. Waiting room was comfortable and prices were reasonable. Due to some construction going on it was a little difficult to find. Its right behind what looks like a closed down gas station. Would do business again!

Incompetent, unprofessional, and overpriced. If you want to be scammed into an unnecessary repair at a very high cost, go here. Otherwise might as well go to the dealer
