Hired them for a move! 1 poor communication! 20 minutes notice that they were showing up. 2 bedroom house! Sent one kid & I mean barely 18. Said nothing when he walked in. I asked is anyone going to help you. The truck he cam in was barely bigger than a van. Very shotty operation. I was told I was rude because I was flabbergasted at the total lunacy of the situation. Rented a 26 foot U-Haul my self. Do not waste your time with this mess of a business!

Used them in 2020 and 2022, would use them again. They're efficient, easy to work with, and affordable.

Totally unreliable, unprofessional, and absolutely horrible communications. I contacted them 1 month prior to the job date and was originally told by them the time frame, to which I agreed. When I contacted them 3 days prior to the appointment to confirm, they said they had scheduled someone else in my time slot. They never apologized or owned up to their mistake. Instead they told me they were pushing me back anywhere from 3-10 hours later. About 1 hour before their new time window was to start, I asked if they had an updated time estimate. I was met with a very snarky and rude reply. And then 5 minutes after that, I get another message saying they're canceling on me. They canceled the job at the last minute. I would never ever recommend this "business" as they are totally unreliable, unprofessional and useless.

Movers broke my couch months ago, promised to fix it and never did. Also you pay by the hour but the movers will sit on your great grandma's chair eating pizza and smoking a black and mild. Disappointed to say the least.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! They broke our barely used base and are claiming they aren’t responsible when there is no way it was anyone but them. Absolutely do not use the worst company I’ve experienced. I have no copy of any contract, took them 45 minutes to unload the truck and when we asked them to unload the car because we paid for two hours they grabbed a few bags and left everything said bye. Demanded to be paid before moving anything and my boyfriend overpaid by $20 which I didn’t see as a big deal but now they’re being absolutely horrible, it’s their fault and refuse to acknowledge it.

Twice now, we’ve made the decision to go with Williams Family to handle a major move for us. Both times, they worked quickly and professionally, showing a great deal of care with all of our items. Both times their estimates were lower than all their competitors, and our first move was actually LOWER than what they quoted. When does that ever happen? ! Bottom line, if you have an upcoming move, big or small, I 100% recommended putting your trust in Williams Family moving.

Great moving experience! Very professional, friendly hard working father and son. We moved out of a 2nd floor 3 bedroom Condo and they had all the right carts/blankets/straps etc. To get the job done quick and without damaging anything. They even saved us money on storage as they were what I call "Tetris Pro's" and able to get everything to fit in one large unit and I didn't need the extra smaller unit that I had anticipated. We will be moving all our items out of storage in several months into our new home being built and will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to anyone needing a moving company!

Worse movers ever. Broke my washer, my couch, left half my stuff in my apartment causing me to have to move stuff by my car and losing the larger items I couldn’t carry. Called to discuss it with him and basically said good luck. Unprofessional and scammers making me pay them before unloading the second load now knowing why they did that. Stupid me thinking they did there job and tipping them on top of the $600 they charged me I tipped 100 on top of it only to find broken stuff and missing stuff

Great Moving experience with Williams Family Moving & Delivery. Our company had a quick deadline to move out a large piece of equipment. Eli and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs with limited notice. Highly recommend these guys for all of your moving needs!

We previously used Williams Family Moving with excellent results, so when we needed to move again, they were our first and last call. Unfortunately, we had the complete opposite experience this time. They were unprepared for the job, packed things haphazardly, and damaged some of our furniture. It was quite an unfortunate experience for us and I was/am pretty disappointed. Hopefully it was a fluke.

Working with the Williams family was great! The boys were punctual on my move out day and loaded all of my items quickly. I am *very particular* about things and they were very patient and understanding with my requests. I would definitely hire them again!

I’ve used Elijah Moving twice for packing, unpacking, loading, unloading and moving in Ft. Myers. Their whole team was very professional, courteous, on time and all at a great rate! They are also very honest! I highly recommend them! I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We have used Williams Family in the past despite warnings of unprofessional behavior. We tried to use them again and they gave us a time between 7 and 8 am and then never showed up. Upon calling them, the man on the line was very argumentative insisting they called to confirm and left a message, which did not happen. They cancelled our appointment without us knowing. Very poor business management. Very disappointing. Go with another company if you are able.

UPDATE: About 20 minutes after posting this review, a gentleman from Williams Family Moving called back to complain about this review and stated he wished they were able to rate costumers expressing generally poor costumer service and professionalism. After about a 3 minute conversation, he abruptly hung up.

A+ Professional, hard working, GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS with GREAT prices! Highly recommend using them!
