Haven't chosen them yet, just had the estimate guy over. I like the communication pre-schedule online by email. They scheduled a service date for a week in advance and the guy showed up, on time!

I love the seawall and dock that they built for me in 2018. Here in 2023 it still looks like they built it yesterday. They built it fast and at a reasonable cost. A very easy to deal with company. Every now and then I see their crews working on another project for someone and I will stop and thank them for the work they do. Mine is a small dock, but the craftsmanship is flawless, and I love it.

Williamson Brothers recently completed our dock, lift, and tiki hut! We highly recommend their dedication in workmanship, expertise, and quality of materials! Friendly, knowledgeable, hard working crew that met with our 100% satisfaction! Would not hesitate to higher them again!

We had a great experience with WB and our dock is the envy of our canal! We were most impressed with their attention to detail. We were fortunate in that only our pilings were in when Ian hit. Shortly thereafter… after helping Pine Island get needed supplies and helping our community get back on its feet, they were out to finish the build. When things looked off a little bit, it was not a major issue to go back to do it right. In fact, OUR electrician messed up the double ropes, and WB kindly fixed them back to THEIR standards. Quality and detail unsurpassed. As we drive up and down the local canals, it is easy to pick out their work. This company did a awesome job with my dock. Anytime I call with a question, I received an answer or a call back with an answer. They never left me hanging. I had 2 boat lifts and 2 jet ski lifts installed. All my neighbors give me compliments on the job Williamson Bros did. Another neighbor had a dock put in just before mine, from a different dock builders. My neighbors tell me mine is so much better.

I lost my deck and captain’s walk during hurricane IAN, being new to Florida I did not know where to go for repairs. A friend suggested that I call Williams Brothers, I did and they sent out a representative who explained everything I needed. I decided to go ahead with them, and as of two weeks ago they finished the job. I was hoping for a nice job, but they blew me away with their professionalism, quality of workmanship and experience. The end result was absolutely amazing and I could not be any happier. I would love to show it to anyone thinking about a deck build or rebuild by Williams Brothers.

We moved from NE and built our new home in Cape Coral FL on the new lot. A new seawall was our first encounter with Williamson Bros Marine - what an interesting and fun time watching that get installed. New seawall and cement dock. After living in our home for about six months we added a dock and lift off our seawall - again with Williamson Bros Marine doing the job - they are simply the best! I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work done. Now thanks to Hurricane Ian we are once again requiring the services of Williamson Bros Marine - they will be resetting the canal outer posts which were moved slightly in the hurricane. Due to the amount of damage in this general area we have yet to complete that work but it is scheduled and ongoing. I’m writing this review as a very satisfied customer of this great company.

Boatlift Repair from IAN. Yes, it was expensive, one other said they would be less and didn't follow through with a number. Another estimate was right there. A lot said the pilings could be straightened, but I liked the idea of them being replaced. They got permits, others said it wasn't needed. They did the work when I wasn't around but I was able to watch them on my camera. They did what they said they were going to do. They didn't cut corners. The guys were clean and left the yard as they found it. They charged what they said they were going to charge.
If I had a critique, I would say they person who wrote up the quote forgot to add in a guide pole holder and install that too. But hey, he was probably doing 10 quotes a day right after Ian.

Edit based on response.yes, and would love an estimate for longer bunks and an outside plank. I don't ever want to go through a total boat loss again. Give me a call.

Lack of any ability to communicate with their customers. They perform work then dissappear with no return calls. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Old Pelican Bay President.
UPDATE: So after a year of denying they performed the work for our Condo Association, they now admit it. Only after I write negative reviews online. Lies and deceit seems to be the MO of this Company. STAY FAR AWAY.you can read how they treat their past customers.

After the storm Ian we needed our dock demoed and replaced. Looking at Williamson docks compared to other companies was a no brainer. The quality was what sold me. What was even better was the service and honesty. They were on time and very professional. More important the dock turned out much better than I could have expected. Definitely a home improvement.

After hurricane Ian, our property and our one year old new dock got severely damaged. We contacted the original dock builder who never even bothered to come back to offer any evaluation or repair. Williamson Bros.came out and give us a reasonable quote when everyone else was raising their prices. We were very impressed with their professionalism, honesty and quality of work. Would definitely give them our business if any future needs arises.

I've only written a couple of reviews over the years, but I felt like this one needed written. I chose WB to do my dock because of their reputation. It was a significant purchase and was nervous about the whole thing. So when a few things didn’t go quite right I was pretty worried. Here is what I wanted to share. Things don't always go perfect, but it's how you take care of the problems that makes the difference. Paul Parola took care of everything and made it right every step of the way. I absolutely love the end result and wouldn't use anyone else. WB is a great company that still believes in customer satisfaction. I can’t say enough how nice it was to work with someone like Paul that did what he said he was going to do. I also have to say Beth Babineau was awesome. She always answered the phone and helped take care of whatever was going on. That was so much appreciated. Ross Bunson was my salesperson and he helped me figure out the best design for my dock and went above and beyond with getting it off to a good start. I am a WB fan and hope this helps people decide which company to use.

They put my dock and lift up. The dock looks great. My boat is not in yet, but the company will come out when the boat arrives to adjust the cradle. I do recommend them. I would use them again. We had a great experience with Williamson Bros Marine Construction. We chose them above other bidders because they were the best people to work with as we had questions about the process. They also worked with us on the design and layout until we got it just right. We felt the most comfortable with them and decided it was worth a paying a little more money and waiting a bit longer to get a better quality dock - I only want to do this once in my lifetime!

They were highly communicative, and always patient with our inquiries. They surprised us when they reached out a few months ahead of their estimate and were ready to start work - they ended up beating the earliest estimate we got from anyone!

They exceeded our expectations on timing and did an outstanding job. We now have a great looking, very well-built dock and lift. We enthusiastically recommend Williamson Bros!
