Good guy but the office is slimy. Dr Wilkomm determined that I didn't need surgery but that I should seek out physical therapy. I reached back out to ask for a script for PT since it wasn't provided the day of my appointment and they said it's already been 30 days so we can't write you a script. How do you tell a patient go get PT, not provide them the script needed for PT, then tell them them we cant give you a script when they call back to request it.

I highly recommend Dr. Willkomm. He explained and communicated all thru my surgery journey. I have no pain from the surgery, 1st.day after surgery. The incision is small and unsightly. I feel 100% well.
The whole office streamlined my care needs. All staff were polite and efficient. Lori obtained my insurance authorization in less than 5 min. She added me to the surgery schedule quickly as well.
Pam answered the phone several times she has such a calming, reassuring voice and so knowledgeable. Gen quickly answered my questions.
As a nurse and educator I highly recommend Dr. Willkomm's office, giving all staff a 5 star rating.

Dr. Willkomm did an excellent job on my hernia operation about 2 years ago. I have no problems and stay very active. Great job.

She now is going on her third week and couldn't be more pleased! She had been living with it for so long, she did not realize what it was to swallow & eat normally without pain and heartburn. I was referred to Dr Willkomm after my Mammo was abnormal. He performed my breast biopsy and was very pleasant and the staff was wonderful. He was very informative, thorough with a calming disposition on my followup. The news was not what I was hoping for, however, His patient and clarity answered all my questions. My next step is surgery.

Excellent surgeon, altho I felt bedside manner was a little lacking. But if I have to xhoose between the two, obviously the first. Would definitely recommend.
