They treated my father pretty bad still no window replacement after six months after hurricane Ian.black mold in the closet no repairs. My father passed away and they told me “dead or alive. You still breaking the lease and he still have to pay two months penalty. ” that’s pretty horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying here.

I went there quite awhile ago to just inquire about an apt. The woman @ front desk laughed & said u don't have enough income. I'm disabled and thought she could help w/some info. Oh well

Maintenance was performed efficiently and accurately. Adam was great explaining how things worked and made sure everything was complete and left my apartment as clean as he found it. Thanks Adam!

You should use a better quality Battery for smoke detectors replacing batteries every 3 months!

He knew what needed to be done to fix the air conditioner. This maintenance of air conditioners ever 6 months. For the past couple of years it has not been done as routein maintenance

Martha was really wonderful. I was out of the correct light bulb to fit into my ceiling fan and she went and got me another one and installed it. I have to havehe bright light because my retin on the left eye is damaged and makes everything look very dark. It doesn't completely process light.

I had a problem ha the crew had come to fix a few times one day they showed up with a solution to the problem it took a lot of time and work but they hung in there and made me very happy. They are always right there if I have to call them no putting me off for days. What a great team they are Martha, Adam.and Brian Way to go guys good work! Thank You!

Being retired on SSD and having a retirement plan in place still was not enough. First application was approved, offered an apartment but was told I needed to do another application. Myself and the office staff did alot of work to get this approved. Unfortunately after 5 long weeks I was denied because I didn't have enough income. Sadly I was misled to believe I was going to be approved and did not renew my lease where I live now. I am currently seeking a home. If I don't find one by the end of the month, I'll be retired and homeless.

I highly recommend Willow Creek Apartment Homes in North Port, Fl to all who are 55+. I absolutely love my 1br 1ba! I moved from Tennessee to be closer to my family and I’m glad that I did.

Iam happy with my Apt.but my rent going up when I have only seven month not happy with. But is a great to live, one think when will fix front lock.

This place is terrible lady above us has young grandchildren all the time, even though she can’t hardly walk. They run above us all the time. My mom has talked to office and went up to talk to them. Hey son leaves his kids with her all weekend long and now they are running around all day long this week. Don’t move here

My mother is a resident and has been for a few years. The building she lives in hasn't had a working elevator in 3 weeks, 3 weeks! Most of the people in that building including my mother can't use the stairs. What are they suppose to do if there's a fire or one needs to see a doctor, needs medicine ect. This is by far the cruelest thing you can do to elderly people that already feel lonely! Shame on you Willow Creek apt owners. My mother at her age shouldn't have to be fearful living in her own home!

Visited yr property at Willows Creek Apts.was very impressed of the positive changes by the new Property Management Company! Great work 5 stars!

I had no electricity in my master bedroom. I reported this problem and Adam, from maintenance came the next day with a work order and after checking my fuse box discovered that he needed to order a new part to fix the one that was worn out. As soon as the part came in Adam came and fixed it. Now I have electricity in my master bedroom. Thank you Adam!

Martha did an amazing job of getting me a refrigerator that works beautifully. She also kept me posted on the status of the dishwasher and broken window. I feel confident in the maintenance

I love it here. It is very quiet and secured and the management team are very friendly and attentive to our needs. The maintenance also are friendly and service calls/logs are promptly done. It’s also dog friendly neighborhood.

Maintenance chief Martha did a fantastic job in just a few hours installing a new fan in the living room, fixing my ailing toilet, and tearing out a section of wall in the shower, then replacing it the next day, making it look like a brand new wall. Truly a virtuoso performance

I'm currently a tenant at Willow Creek Apartments. I am an upstanding citizen who pays my rent on time. I've been having issues with my hot and cold water. For the past week or so I haven't had any water coming from the shower. I reached out to the front desk and they sent a maintenance employee but my issue wasn't resolved. I'm requesting another maintenance request.
