You want a review? You got a pair! You came in and bought the business from a local business man and jacked my rent 56% within the first two months. There’s your review.

Reasonable price, clean, wide lanes for vehicle traffic, great security. Good roof, good drainage, our stuff stayed nice and dry. Could not ask for more in a self storage facility.

Don't be fooled. They are secure and have decent hours but prices have gone up steadily over the last couple years. I have one of the bigger units and the price went from $85/mo to $95+/mo, when other local self-storage places can be found at a more competitive price. If you call, their answering machine does not let you leave a proper voicemail. There is no website or any way to pay besides calling them up and giving them your card information over the phone or going down to the office (and if there is they sure don't advertise). Their gate is often broken or does not shut all the way. If you need help trying to get into the unit when the lock is damaged or broken, the handyman is hardly ever available: And remember this: although you are the paying customer, you are on THEIR schedule, not yours. The unit used to be in my dad's name until after he passed away, and they would routinely ask for my father every time they called no matter how many times I reminded them that he has passed away. They will make note of when you promise to pay (and call 3-4 times in the same day) but not when the next-of-kin tells them their client passed away. When I had transferred to my name, I have tried to tell the people at the office multiple times that I usually can't answer my phone as I often work 7 days, didn't help. I have provided them with my contact information but still they only call me. They emailed my father copies of receipts on multiple occasions in the past, but have not once tried any form of contact with me besides calling me during the times which I have told them multiple times I am not available. When you are late and get behind payments, they will suspend your gate code after 7 days which I will say is fairly reasonable. However, once you get back up to date on payments it usually takes a day or two before the gate code works again although they say it should work immediately. Either that or they just don't get in a hurry to activate it again. There's no dumpster on the premises.

Admittedly, I often forget to make my payments but I have always gotten myself back up to date (or else I still wouldn't be there after 2 years). That will be changing soon. The service has been far from satisfactory. They are not up to date on the times whatsoever as far as accessibility. The area is sort of secure. They mostly just care about getting their payments, not building a rapport with customers for the long run.

Very professional, secure, with convenient access at a reasonable price.
