The maintenance men here Larry and Steve are amazing always here no matter what time of day if anything goes wrong. Truly hardworking! And I appreciate that so very much. The ladies in the office are also amazing! I love the fact that you can log in pay your rent put in maintenance service request Etc makes it so easy. I absolutely love living here. The staff here is truly professional Thank you Amy Wimberly

Thankful to be here and maintenance is always available. I’ve had to call them at night and they always show up. They are friendly, kind, and respectful. I look forward to renewing my lease again when the time comes. I’ve been here 3 years now.

Its been great living here. I'm mostly inside but I love seeing people walk their dogs or kids playing basketball. Its safe. I'm thankful they fix things quickly, as well

Most of the time they've been responsive. I haven't had any issues in a long time though.

Keep telling me my apartment will be ready, well here I am 5 months and still no move in date. Every month they lie and tell me a different story as to why it’s not ready. Livid is not a statement right now! I can’t even imagine how these people are dealing with others. I’ve already paid my first months rent so they’re holding on to my money. I feel now like they are just playing games with me. So unprofessional!

AND BTW YOU GUYS HAVEN’T CALLED ME SO DONT RESPOND TO MY REVIEW AND SAY IT GOT TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE IT DIDNT! THIS PLACE IS S JOKE! NO ONE HAS CALLED, AND CERTAINLY NOTHING GOT TAKEN CARE OF!

Its income based so for that said it's pretty nice.

The staff is friendly and the location is great. Maintenance tries to keep up but the clubhouse dryer has been broken for over a year, the concrete stairs have been broken for 2 months and the security gate is constantly breaking down. My freezer turns every item into freezer burn in less than 2 weeks (that's with the setting so low that ice cream is always soft) and I've asked for a replacement or for ot to be fixed but 3 years later I'm still dealing with it.
The previous management was good about watering the grass and upkeep. Currently it has been slacking but I have seen some improvement. If your ac breaks down and it's not 88 degrees or higher outside the will make you wait through the weekend. It's easy to keep going with the things that are wrong but overall it's a decent place.

Update
I complained last month about the cockroach infection and all they did was put pesticide in the kitchen door hinges. I am still fighting the consent onset. Stairs are still broken. Concrete on the ground and wire support beams exposed. I know they are aware but nothing has happened. Someone will get hurt and its management fault. The grass is turning brown. The security gate is now bent and always open. I believe someone drove into it last month. No information from management letting us know when our security gate will be fixed.
Please stop the cockroach! We need this building bomb

Feb 2021 update
The review I posted caused a lot of positive responses from the apartment complex last month. My refrigerator and dishwasher have been replaced and pest control has been at the building twice. The security gate has been fixed and working properly. I am very happy with all the positive steps management has taken lately.

Recent repair was done in a timely manner. It was nice to come home and see that it had been taken care of that day.

Its very quiet. The office personnel is very nice and understanding. Maintenance is always fast. The apartment is nice and clean. I have not had a bad experience being here at all. They keep you updated with what's going on in the community and they also give you time to correct anything that may be broken/ damaged before fixing it themselves and charging an high fee. I respect that a lot.

I’m into my 2nd year.here, n I’m enjoying it so far. I love Janice she’s a great addition to the community. I’ll be enjoying my next year here!

I will like to thank Larry and Janice for always been there ready to help. Thx you so much Larry you are very professional and respectful to us and your customer services is amazing thx you for fixing and clean my AC unit.

I recently moved into these apartments 1 month ago and I’ve loved everything about it so far. The neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves which is great because I hate loud, nosey neighbors lol and they work everyday to keep the community clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend Wilmington.

Great place, good neighbors, great location close to stores, schools, the only thing is maintenance enter to your apartment whenever they want without advance notice and even when you request repair something in the apto and answer the question that says if you approve enter to your apartment "do not enter" they enter anyways. I'd like to be at home when they go to repair something. So why they have that question in the request form if they don't care anyway? This is not respectful. Otherwise, is a great complex to live.

The apartments look great and the neighborhood is fairly quite. The only thing I don't like is the way the buildings are numbered and not enough outdoor lighting.

The leading agent who is an older lady was so rude to me when I tried to deliver to the office
