I like my unit and the maintenance team does a wonderful job. Always on time and considerate. My only complaint is the renovation noise. It starts almost everyday in the mornings, often throughout the day and has become unbearable. I haven't slept well or been able to work peacefully for weeks despite using a noise canceling headphone. Many residents work from home and we have a right to quiet and peaceful living. I understand renovation is necessary. However, management should make every possible attempt to speed up the process, reduce noise, spread out the schedule during that day so we are not disrupted every morning, and keep residents informed on when we can expect this to be over in our part of the building. I have spoken with other residents in the hallway who have all shared the same sentiment. I was thinking about renewing my lease but I am now reconsidering. The management might be risking losing residents because of the renovation noise. It's unfortunate.

Great staff in the office; maintenance guys are quick to respond, and they get it right the first time. Nice neighbors. My only real criticism is the noise from the renovations, but I know it's just temporary, and will be well worth it.

It is a very friendly, quiet place, the people are respectful, the manager is very friendly, attentive, the workers are efficient.

Not enough notice is given when work is being done. Many times only 24 hours. Impossible to comply with requests from management if traveling. Major work needs to have several weeks notice.

I moved into this building about three months ago and I am moving out in twelve days. Moving into this building is one of my biggest regrets. The building itself is in horrible shape (it really needs to just be knocked down and replaced). The stairs are dark and wet and all the doors slam shut. You also can't get into the stairs from the ground floor as the doors are locked, except for when management propped them open because both elevators were out of service.

There is not a single closet or pantry door in my apartment that closes correctly. My bathroom always smells of sewer gas and three times the toilet has just randomly shot water upwards. If it rains (and it rains a lot here), some pipe behind my air conditioner starts to make sounds that one friend described as "a rabid animal".

My electric bill for a 2/1 apartment is higher than it was at the large two story, two bedroom, three bath townhouse I moved from. The AC simply cannot keep up.

And there's the people. You are going to have some eccentrics in any shared living space like apartments or condos. But this building has a large number of people who are downright crazy. There's one creeper in suspenders and Hubble Telescope glasses that looks at my dog like he's a chicken dinner. This morning another guy, inexplicably wearing a large towel outside at 9am, yelled at someone else's dog and said he was going to attack it. Most of the insane people seem to live on one particular floor but I am not going to identify it as I have a friend on that floor.

When I decided to move out I had decided that I would not write a review, as I know that different people have different experiences. But I changed my mind because my experience here has been so overwhelmingly negative that I want to warn anybody thinking of living here to really reconsider.

My spouse and I have lived at the Towers since 2013.

This has been our home since then and have always been around wonderful people. Our neighbors are nice, friendly.

As alot of new faces have moved in the building, I find that by saying hello, how are you today or have a good day is the most important part of all things to becoming a great environment amongst all.

As a tenant, the management n thier assistants have aways been polite and in taking care of any requests submitted for anything that has to do with our apartment.

We look forward to residing at the Towers for many years to come as we call our home our sanctuary and live very happy here with wonderful neighbors.

I lived there for about 5 years. Under previous ownership and management it was an enjoyable experience. The location is perfect for living walking distance to everything in Wilton Manors. The parking is more than adequate and the pool area is nice for relaxing.
I've posted a photo of my apartment at Wilton Tower. I moved to Oakland Park about two years ago. If you want to be in the heart of all the activities, Wilton Tower is worth investigating.
